Purchased several items from Ginger Ray and they arrived in great timing and were all lovely. Unfortunately, I did have to make a return just because event theme changed. Customer services were absolutely amazing to deal with and went above and beyond to assist me with my return. Would definitely purchase from here agin. Thank you!

When it arrived one of the items was broken, I reported it and the repalcement was sent without debate in 2 days.

I ordered a ballon arch kit for a special event. The product has arrived with the box damaged and I am missing items included within the kit. This is disappointing- I have contacted Ginger Ray customer services twice and had no response. The event is soon so I now need to replace the missing items elsewhere costing me more.

Screws were missing in part of my order. I realised 2 months later and emailed and Ginger Ray swiftly apologised and sent a replacement to me. This was all in time for my daughter’s 1st birthday. Very impressed with the customer service and quality of products!

I purchased a metal grid panel from Ginger Ray for my wedding, it was damaged and on raising this with the staff by email, they immediately corrected this issue without any hesitation. I sent photos of the problem and explained it was for my wedding with the date and the new product was delivered next day. Outstanding customer service.

I purchased a pack of Ginger Ray Confetti Balloons for a girlfriends 50th (Hello 50). Extremely disappointed with them. The first balloon had a hole on the neck before getting to blow it up. The second balloon burst while blowing it up, got to approx 5 inch in size, the 2nd the same thing. The packet clearly states "Blow up balloons with helium if you want them to float". If only I could. The last two balloons were pumped up by a manual pump only to have them deflate within minutes.

I ordered a few items from Ginger Ray last week and when my order arrived the box was slightly damaged and one item missing, thankfully the other items I ordered were fine and exactly as described.
I contacted customer service about the missing item and my email was responded to quickly by Sienna, the replacement item was immediately sent and I received it with no issues today.

I have a baking business and love the gingerray products. They had a great sale on so I made the most in anticipation for cupcake orders. My order was lost by royal mail and items were subsequently missing ( torn parcel which royal mail tried to patch up ). I contacted customer services and replacements were sent out and received promptly. The customer service staff have been brilliant, a real 10 out 10. I would alway recommend, the products are stunning.

Ordered in June for baby shower in August due to be delivered on 22 August. Did not arrive. Arrived a day late on 23 August with half inflated helium balloons and a guest book missing. Really disappointed and would advise people to think twice before using ginger ray

I reached out to ginger ray when I couldn't find stock of a specific theme in any of the stores I went into. I was hoping that I'd get a response with a list of stores I may be able to find the stock in but I absolutely did not expect to be emailed back with a request for my delivery address so the team at ginger ray could send me the sample stock that they had left over!! I am absolutely overwhelmed and over the moon with ginger ray, and the team went above and beyond to make sure my hen do looks amazing. I've always ordered from ginger ray for any events and party's I've planned and i will continue to do so and recommend them to absolutely everyone!! The products are great quality and very individual. Thank you so so much ginger ray and specifically Izzy for being the absolute best xxxx

Ordered the Giant Donut wall and it had a faulty leg part, went straight onto live chat and within minutes a new donut wall has been sent out to me due for next day delivery. Lauren was really quick and efficient and took the stress away from it being days before the party!

Ordered ‘just married’ sticker for setting off on our honeymoon the morning after our wedding. The package (which hadn’t yet been opened) contained only the word ‘married’ and was so flimsy and impossible to stick on the car as to be completely unusable. I was really upset as you only get to set off for your honeymoon once. Really disappointed and would definitely not recommend. Would like a refund as product was not as described and not fit for purpose.

The courier delivered my parcel to the wrong address so it was never to be seen again. I contacted Ginger Ray about the issue and they very helpfully responded straight away with several options for nexts steps. They sent my parcel to a new address on next day delivery and it arrived!! I would highly recommend Ginger Ray, they are friendly, empathetic and contactable which nowadays is fantastic.

Wow. Customer service has been absolutely amazing following a Royal Mail delivery issue. Even though it wasn’t their fault they still have been incredibly helpful. Emails were quickly responded to and staff were very empathetic. I will absolutely continue to buy from this fantastic company

We have ordered party decorations for our daughter’s first birthday on Ginger Ray. Unfortunately one item was missing. Alice from the customer service team has arranged another delivery quickly. The item delivered the next day!

Fairly straightforward to give options on how to resolve my issue

Terrible experience - ordered number balloons for my wife’s birthday just under two weeks in advance for delivery on a specific date. No sign of delivery or tracking information sent. I had to call (after a few times of trying) and speak to someone who said there was a delivery issue after checking. They said sorry and will send delivery tracking information in case it arrives the next day (when they were needed for). Didn’t send the information. Had to call after to get a refund - three days later still no sign of the delivery so not sure if they were even sent. Terrible customer service
