Always good on price, service, communication and everything in between. Everyone who grew up around here uses them and for very good reason. They piss on the big companies from a great height!

We purchased 2 ovens and a hob in October 2025. The delivery men were so quick, efficient as well as removing the old appliances. From purchasing with your salesman Stewart the pricing and service were outstanding.
We returned in May 2026 for a washer dryer and as always the service with Stewart was excellent.
Thank you, much appreciated.

Excellent Delivery Fitters
Item arrived on the day it was supposed to and fitted in by very friendly and professional fitters. They made a very quick and excellent job of fitting my appliance.
The only area I think Gillman's could improve their service would be a little advance notice about the delivery. We had no communication from them from the day we order until 7:45am on the delivery day saying they will be here in 8 minutes. A message the night before giving a 2/3 hours window would have been nice

Great Service
I ordered a washing machine online. I arrived to pick it up quite late in the day, but they opened up the warehouse and found it for me.
I've used Gillman's before, and would again - especially after a terrible experience ordering from AO
Top service.

Thank you for the review. We send an email ourselves once the item has been dispatched.
The item is then collected by a third party courier, the evening before delivery a text message is sent with a 2 hour time slot for delivery and tracking information on a link.
Once delivered the courier then updates the tracking information to show that the item has now arrived.

Everything about delivery fine
Everything about delivery fine, lovely delivery guys. Would be 5 star if your tracking system could be understood, 4 phone calls - incomprehensible followed by 4 emails a day after delivery letting me know it was on its way.
