Gilbert & Rose Arvostelua

Gilbert & Rose priced the property realistically and secured an early buyer without the need to go to market. Jacob Woodley and Karen Summers were consummate professionals in how they dealt with the progression of the sale which was complicated by some probate issues. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Have had the best experience with Gilbert and rose from start to finish. Ed was great and honest with our valuation which we really appreciated! We sold our home within the first week and had a great offer. Leanne has been brilliant at progressing our sale with amazingly quick communication and transparency. We can’t thank you all enough! Now to book our relocation flights to Australia!

Had a great experience with Charlene (sales progressor at the London Road, Leigh-on-sea branch). She was very efficient, filling the gaps between myself and the solicitor as well as the seller and seller's solicitor. As a first-time buyer I often found the process overwhelming and stressful; had it just been left down to myself and the solicitor things definitely wouldn't have moved along at half the speed!

I also had some correspondence with Ryan in the early days of the buying process. I was given comprehensive information on my queries along the way.

Would definitely recommend; many thanks

I truly cannot recommend this estate agent enough. I was ready for the process to be stressful and draining but it has been the opposite. From the point of viewing houses, Ross was so helpful, very informative but never applied any pressure. Once I found my new home (thank you again Ross), Leanne kindly took over, providing clear concise weekly updates, pre-empting the next steps, and just answered any questions extremely promptly. So friendly, so helpful. It has made the world of difference to the process. Thank you both!

Leanne is the best. Seamless from start to finish. Was update every step of the way. Can’t recommend enough.
Thanks Leanne for all your hard work.

A huge thank you to Leanne Warren at Gilbert & Rose for her outstanding support throughout our property purchase. She provided weekly updates without fail, followed up with all parties involved, and kept everything moving smoothly. Her advice helped us save both time and money, and her communication was excellent throughout. What stood out most was her dedication—even while on holiday just days before exchange, she continued chasing progress and keeping us informed. Leanne made a stressful process much easier, and we highly recommend her.

I sold a property and I must say a massive thank you, to Leanne Warren who went above and beyond to make the whole sale process go through smoothly.
She kept me updated throughout every step, and showed great kindness to my situation.
Thank you so much Leanne, you are a credit to Gilbert & Rose

Had a great experience with Gary @ GR, very helpful, available at all times for guidance and support and definitely recommend

Would like to thank the staff at Gilbert & Rose for all their efforts selling for us.
Specifically Gary for showing numerous potential buyers around before negotiating our sale, then we had the pleasure of dealing with Leanne who chased up solicitors, answered numerous queries all whilst keeping us involved and updated.
Thank you again 🙏🏼

After being with another Estate Agent for 16 weeks and no sale on my late parents property Gilbert and Rose sold it so much quicker with far better marketing. All of the team have been brilliant but a very special THANK YOU goes to Leanne who has been so helpful throughout the sale, mostly as my solicitor were so useless and it was Leanne who kept chasing them up and keeping me up to speed. I would highly recommend Gilbert and Rose to anyone.

We cannot thank and recommend Gilbert and Rose enough. They have been extremely professional and efficient with every encounter. We have brought and sold with them and have had the best experience. Big thanks especially to Ryan, Gary, Ross and Alistair who have been amazing and also to Josh who was a natural at showing us the property we brought. Highly recommend. Thank you so much :)

G&R offer a selling service which, if you pay for the top package, includes a sales video, drone footage, and a 3-D LIDAR model of the inside of your home. Thoroughly recommended.

But it doesn't stop there, to help progress your sale, a Sales Progressor is then employed to chase conveyancers and estate agents in the chain, to answer queries for both you and your buyer. My SP was an outstanding and meticulous lady – by the name of Michelle Birrell, highly-experienced and perfection to a tee.

We had a great selling experience with G&R. Our viewings were always accompanied and we achieved a price that we were really pleased with.

Huge thanks to Michelle our sales progressor. Not only did she progress our sale beautifully but she provided the much needed shoulder to cry on and the humour during the stressful times. We can't thank you enough for all of your hard work x

We had a very positive experience with Gilbert and Rose to buy our first home together. Thank you very much to Michelle and the team for regular updates and getting the sale over the line. We are very happy.

I can’t fault Gilbert and Rose at all… the best experience with moving into our new property from start to finish. The whole team we dealt with are amazing but especially Aaliyah. So so helpful from the very beginning, so friendly and always ensuring we are at ease with different steps. I would definitely recommend. Thank you everyone :)

The Gilbert & Rose team in Leigh-On-Sea from the start were helpful, professional, informative, knowledgeable, very transparent and approachable, with Ross, Lewis, Ryan doing an amazing job with the viewings. Samuel carrying on the good works with the negotiations. With the sale of the property progressing Leanne was amazing with her informative communication and updates, keeping the final close out stages a smooth process.
Thanks again to the Gilbert & Rose team for all your hard work and effort.

Excellent service from Gilbert & Rose especially to Leanne for keeping us in the loop and with her prompt responses.

We had an excellent experience with Gilbert & Rose throughout the sale of our property, and we especially want to thank Karen for everything she did to get the sale over the line. From start to finish, she was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive during what can often be a stressful process.
Karen truly went above and beyond at every stage — always keeping us updated, chasing things when needed, and making sure communication between all parties kept moving. Her dedication, persistence, and attention to detail made a huge difference, particularly towards the final stages of the sale where her hard work and determination ensured everything stayed on track.
We genuinely felt that Karen cared about achieving the best outcome for us, and her calm, positive approach gave us confidence throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you again for all your hard work!

We had a very positive experience with Gilbert and Rose. The sales progression team were spot on throughout from our initial viewing to completion. Brennan was the first team member we met at the property and he was brilliant allowing us all the time we needed on our first viewing and again on subsequent visits. After the purchase hade been agreed Karen Summers took the lead. Both were amazing throughout the process with regular updates and support. Would highly recommend G&R.

Top Mark's for ROSS in Leigh-On-Sea at Gilbert & Rose.

I recently viewed a property with ROSS. He is so polite and gave so much time on his viewing , not making me feel rushed at all. He was very informative regarding the property i was viewing and made the viewing very pleasant.
Keep up the great work
