Gibbs Gillespie - Northwood Arvostelua 

I have to say it was excellent experience dealing with Faye and Morgan at Gibbs Gillespie. Unfortunately, the sale was a little challenging. Both Faye and Morgan where great support, through some very stressful weeks.
If I was going sell or buy another property I wouldn’t hesitate to call Gibbs Gillespie

awful experience as a buyer. please take your call and stay away if you can as a prospective buyer (or tenants ! i suspect). (as buyers or tenants we are not giving them business, are we?)

if you can't, please remember few things.
we had been looking for a property to move into and were looking for no chain property. we found a property (though a bit over-priced, could negotiate the price) through gibbs gillespie, and we were told that the property is chain free. branch manager morgan kept saying it is no chain or they haven't been informed but after 6 months of the process (delays likely due to chain they were asking if i can wait for few more weeks). how an estate agent been not informed about a property with chain.? as a first time buyers we made mistake and trusted them (never trust them, if the sellers solicitor is not answering, suspect there is chain even if they say no chain), always take these things in writing from them. if you are okay to wait for 6 months to buy a property, you can trust them, i am sure they are trust worthy for that and they will make all possible ways to delay the process as much as they want.

fair on their part, why would they help buyers we are not getting them business, are we ?

answering calls, they will only answer if you tell them you will pull out, otherwise they will not reply to calls and emails.

Finally after 6 months (with awful last 2 months), could get the keys.

So only trust them if you have time and you could wait for 6 months to buy your first property.

I also heard from others that they sometimes accept 2 offers simultaneously and don't let each prospective buyers know, and ultimately goes with buyer with highest bid and secured mortgage. I don't know how true this is but as per my experience can't be ignored. (Unfortunately I heard this after I started my buying process otherwise I could have stopped my self there and then.

If you want to make your first buying experience pleasent and memorable please avoid if you can.

Awful service. Not answering phones during “office hours”; not getting back to us about holding deposit and referencing despite being chased both online and via telephone messages. Northwood branch. Hugely disappointing as we had found our dream home.

A great team who work in synergy with each other, excellent communication policy of keeping you informed at all times and operate at a consistent professional level.
