Highly recommend and would use again (although doubt I will need to as they did such a thorough job). I based my selection of this company on the Trustpilot rating vs other service providers and was not disappointed. The turnaround time was incredibly quick, and not only was the original fault repaired, but also a few others as well, as the company did a full servicing of my GHD straighteners before returning to me.

My only note to other customers is that the company uses Royal Mail as their return shipper - and I believe all other competitors do to, with a rare exception of a courier service for in inflated cost. This information is readily available on their website and I proceeded with the purchase understanding this given the quality of reviews. Noting this here though as I know other consumers, as well as myself, try to avoid Royal Mail shipping where possible as they’re far inferior to other shippers, however worth saying that my parcel was undamaged on arrival (which I know may not be guaranteed for some, depending on the standard of Royal Mail in other areas)

Couldn’t recommend this company enough! Such fast service, from posting my straighteners out , they were returned back to me less than a week later. Great communication and customer service too.

The product is excellent quality but the mains lead split with owner wrapping the lead tightly. Found spares were available for the GHD Hair straighteners so ordered. Received the new lead the next day and fitted as instructions. Prices very fair for quality and service.
