I sent my straighteners to be repaired on Thursday, they were then repaired on Friday and arrived back to me on Saturday. This was a very quick service, and my straighteners are now back in working condition:) thank you very much!

Purchased a replacement cable for my old GHD’s as they had exposed wires near plug. Trevor communicated quickly to queries. Replacement cable arrived fast and is of excellent quality. Their website has fantastic instructions for replacing cable and a video with easy to follow steps. I’m so glad I discovered the site and didn’t have to buy a new straightener.

Great service from Trevor who fixed my wife's MK V straighteners in double quick time and when there was a problem shortly after they were returned, he responded quickly to my Email and was happy to fix them again free of charge.

Absolutely fantastic service! I sent my GHD Gold to be repaired on Monday, was emailed that they had been repaired AND modified on Tuesday, and they were back with me, fully operational, on Wednesday morning. I am absolutely over the moon - thank you so much!

I had a broken set of Gold GHDs that were slowly flashing red and making a pulsing tone whenever I switched them on, and they were giving off absolutely no heat.

I searched online for a repair option, which are generally more limited for Gold models. There were a number of options, some of them offering service starting at around £20, but they would generally only diagnose the problem for this price, any parts required for the repair would be extra, so I was worried the price could quickly mount up. I chose GHD Repair as their service offered a fixed price (mostly, I believe some types of physical damage may incur additional charges, e.g. cracked plates, but best to check the T&Cs of the service you select). At ~£40 it was the most expensive service they offer, but I think that is down to part cost and complexity of doing the repair on Gold models. Standard models look to be under £30 for the same service.

I posted the straighteners on Thursday at 3:30pm. I had confirmation that they were received, repaired and despatched before midday Friday. I had them back working like new by Saturday morning.

I spent £48 all in including my postage, but this was better than replacing a set of £200 straighteners that were only 3 years old. Less electronic waste going to landfill and hopefully at least 3 more years of life in the straighteners (they have soldered some push-fit components during the repair that will in theory make them more reliable).

A fantastic Service! I’m local, so was able to drop my straighteners off instead of posting. I dropped them off on Saturday afternoon and they were fixed and ready to collect again in the evening! I use my straighteners every day so it was brilliant to have them repaired so quickly!

Sent on Thursday 29th Feb. they received on Friday 1st March, fixed & sent back same day as I received on Saturday 2nd March!
Thought they'd been sent back so quickly because they were unfixable or something haha but were in perfect working order.
They've been sitting idle for months aswell so daughter was extremely happy to get her own straighteners back.
These were only a couple of months outside GHD's 2year warranty & they only offered a 10% discount for a new pair, so I am glad I found this company.
Highly recommend & shall use in future if needed.

If your GHD straighteners or hairdryer has stopped working then please don’t go out and buy another without considering this repair service. The cost to repair my hairdryer was about a quarter of the cost of a new one and it has been returned to me within 5 days in full working order. It only cost £6 to package and send, with ‘signed for’ delivery, and it was a super easy process. I’ve used this service before for a set of straighteners and I’m still using them 4 years on. I'm chuffed to bits with the service and would definitely go back again. Thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had all but given up hope, as new ghds are so expensive. I had been using a cheap pair that were pants. Did some googling and found this site, so I dug out my poorly ghds that I'd hidden under the bed in hope they might miraculously fix themselves, Sent them off and within less than a week I have them back working as they once did 😊😊 thank you so much

My wife's straighteners were posted from the Highlands on Friday afternoon. Repaired by Saturday afternoon and received back on Tuesday lunchtime. Nearly every electrical item was replaced. They are just like a new pair. Excellent service. Thank you.

Used this service last week, all communication was 5*. Item was collected by Royal Mail on Thursday, had an email with all repairs on the Wednesday, and received back on the Thursday morning. Super fast service, and the straighteners are like brand new! I can’t recommend these highly enough.
