I have recently placed a few orders as changing all the radiators at home and have to say I am really impressed with the service provided. I have needed to made a few phone calls to the store for various reasons and each call was dealt with in a very helpful, friendly and professional manner. My orders were delivered on time (loved the very quick delivery), even the one I placed after 2 pm was still received the next day which was great help! I really like the fantastic range of products available and the variety of colours. The search criteria available made it really easy for me to find what I wanted. Also, I was after small yet powerful radiators which I had not been able to find elsewhere, but at Geyser. The radiators look fantastic by the way! They are being installed as I am writing the review, so cannot comment on the performance just yet.
I also like the fact that there is an actual store where the products can be seen.
I am giving a four and not five star review as think there is room for improvement:
- the installation details could be available online,
- list of accessories suitable for each radiator could be listed in the product description.
Having the above info would be very helpful, however, I do know that you are more than happy to provide this over the phone.
Overall, I am very happy to recommend the place and will be getting my bathroom radiator, the only think I still need to purchase, from Geyser too.

I really wanted a designer column radiator in my new kitchen diner. My plumber wasn’t sure and tried to talk me out of it saying it wouldn’t have enough heat output. My daughter googled and found some really informative videos on YouTube done by Geyser.
We went ahead but the plumber could only source a white one with enough BTUs. My daughter refused saying “does it have to be bloody white?” and encouraged me and my hubby to have a road trip to Bolton to go choose one from Geyser. I’m so glad we did as despite going with a shortlist from the website, when we got there the team were really helpful. They made sure we got one with the right BTU output to suit. A new one had arrived which was being photographed for the website and that’s the one I ended up choosing. They made sure we got the valves and arranged delivery the very next day. A fab service and I highly recommend visiting the showroom if you are near enough although the website is great too.

Now it is installed I’m so pleased I went with Geyser and even the plumber was impressed with it!

Fixing brackets not as substantial as the radiator, bent on fixing the radiator. The radiator looks great, colour matches our kitchen brilliantly. Elizabeth in the showroom was fantastic - very knowledgeable.

We visited the showroom and received comprehensive advice on the size and style of radiator. I ordered online and the radiator was dispatched very quickly.

Although I had issues with the first radiator that was delivered due to damage at the manufacturing stage which could not be repaired, Jason at Geyser was very helpful and although I had the further inconvenience of having to repack and wait a few days for the return and delivery the service from Geyser has been great.

Doug was very helpful in sourcing the correct size of radiators for our refurbishment - most have been fitted but the new boiler has not yet been tried, In our opinion the Torpedo radiators look very stylish.

Stylish and efficient rads. Not cheap but good quality. Customer service and communication is very good and delivery prompt. This is the third purchase I’ve made from Geyser and I would highly recommend the company.

Very friendly and helpful. Suggested an ex demo unit which suited us very well, the only down side was that they did not have any white radiator touch up paint in stock.
