Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff who directed us to the right size and type of radiator for our kitchen.

The ordering process and delivery of my radiators were really good, and the radiators themselves look fantastic. At first they heated up really well, but now the weather has turned cold and we really need the heat, they are letting us down. We need to bleed them every few days as they are nice and warm at the bottom but lukewarm at the top, and they don't give out enough heat for the rooms they are in. The bleeding doesn't alleviate the situation for long, so what can be wrong? I'd be interested to hear from the manufacturers.

So very pleased with the radiator purchased. It also stays warm for quite a while after turning off.

Very disappointed after a first order. Order canceled by vendor: product too big to be shipped !!!!! Surprising for an online shop .. No acceptable alternative offered by vendor (appart 400£ shipping for 400£ of goods...)

Radiator arrived promptly and was very well packaged. Came with very good mounting brackets and air bleed valve. Looks fantastic now fitted. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Quick delivery. Pleased with radiator, a straightforward swap from the old one that was purchased from B&Q and which rusted very quickly...fingers crossed this one from Geyser will last many years! Geyser was the only website that I could find the exact same size as our old radiator (1720mm x 450mm) so was over the moon when I found it after months of searching!

I love the design of the towel rail. It looks chunky and modern. I chose the pale grey which looks lovely in my new bathroom. The electrician who fitted it was able to provide a mechanism that allows me to switch it on/off and control the heat output that can be fitted in the bathroom and that is the only improvement that I think could be made to your service (the switches offered were only to be fitted outside the bathroom area).

Ordered two Rointe conservatory wall mounted heaters and they arrived in two days in good condition. Only just been installed and so far I'm impressed with their efficiency
