Please don’t use this company and go direct to your preferred provider.
They scam you into taking out a new contract months before it is due for renewal and with a different provider. Checking out the phone numbers they use I found that they are associated with miss selling and scammers.
I was miss sold a contract with 3 and realised a day later what they had done and reported to 3’s fraud department, the police and blocked all their numbers.
When my contract with Vodafone is due to end in November I know I’ll get a better deal with them. Be careful and avoid, if I could give no stars I would……a really bad and very stressful experience but lesson learnt.

Steve at Wellington branch has sorted my contract twice now, told him what I was after and he has done just that, brilliant service kept in contact throughout i would definitely recommend 👌

I went into the Hereford store and the service was brilliant, I don't know much about technology and what phone would fit my needs, Brad was amazing, he did not fill my head full of words I did not understand and it was wasn't the stressful experience I was thinking it was going to be. Definitely recommend!

Been a customer of three for many years and recently signal has been terrible. So went to see dave. And came out with a new provider, new phone, better deal and actually being able to use my phone. Hassle free. I will be going back to dave when my new contract comes to a end. And i have also recommended him to friends that are having similar problems. Thank you dave. Top man

Justin is genuinely such a kind and helpful person! Always lovely to talk to and lets me know when my upgrade is due and helps me set up and explains everything to me, making the process super easy! Justin at the Blackwood, Gwent branch was so helpful and nice. He set everything up for me on upgrading my phone, his customer service was great and I got a newer phone and a better monthly cost. I would recommend this store for it's customer service and professional knowledge.

Geoff is always so cheerful..never makes me feel I'm being silly whatever my question or advice needed.
He is VERY knowledgeable &is 99.9% able to answer my queries.
His advice is always very sound & he is completely trustworthy.
I have no hesitation in recommending Geoff to all my friends.
I've told him..he can never leave & go somewhere else or retire.🤭.What would Bridgnorth do without him!!

Visited the Abergavenny store as my phone had died the previous day. Bobby, the man behind the counter was very helpful, didn't try to up sell or bombard me with alternatives.

Our venerable 21 year old child who already had a mobile phone contract with EE which is paid for by his parents, was taken into the Ebbw Vale shop by a group of people and was made to take out three contracts within an hour. (2 contracts with Vodaphone and 1 with the 3 Network)
This did not raise any alarm bells with the company they did not ask the relevant questions as our child has never had any income since he finished school. The first the family new about these were when the first month payment bounced a total of £150.00 for the three contracts , and they are 24 month contracts. They were 2 Samsung A16 phones you can buy for £100 brand new on 50gb tariffs.
The company are not prepared to assist and we have now logged there miss selling and lack of duty of care to the customer to the police, trading standards and also both the fraud teams at Vodaphone and 3.
Lets hope they bring the company to justice as although my child is 21, who the hell takes out 3 phone contracts in an hour. All the evidence has been passed alone. Do not buy from them.

I have been a customer at the Bridgnorth store with Geoff for some years now. I won't go anywhere else, and why should I when the service is always exceptional. Geoff has patience, professionalism and a sense of humour, the 3 ingredients I look for when carrying out what could be a stressful exchange. He knows my needs, finances and that im always looking for a good deal, like all of us, however he is not pushy, solves problems, nothing is ever an issue, his favourite words without him realising are, i can do that now for you. Options are available, discussions timely and his salesmanship at a high level. If you are of an age where you remember old fashioned values and the customer really does come first... visit Geoff in Bridgnorth and you won't be disappointed. Thank you Geoff as always.
