Very happy with the Igenix microwave . At 20 ltr 800w it is prefect for a couple and fits conveniently into our modest sized kitchen. In painted white finish it looks great . The stainless steel interior is exactly what we wanted and is easy to wipe clean and is non rusting . Manual control our only reservation but we quickly became accustomed to it and have no regrets. We have no reservation to recommend it, It is perfect for us.

Excellent Microwave. East to use, looks smart and just the right size for my small kitchen. Fantastic delivery service for I ordered on a Friday and it arrived next day on Saturday at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

I’ve sent a request of cancellation less than 10 minutes of placing the order and they still ignored it and sent the item regardless, replying to my several requests in a rude way.
Now, I might receive my refund only by the end of this month if they don’t cause me more inconveniences with their rudeness and incompetence.

Friend gave me one of their Microwaves,biggest load of rubbish ever had,the interior was painted and first problem was water keep appearing on floor under plate.Then a rust mark appeared along door seam ,within a month of that the whole of the paintwork on bottom peeled away,BINNED,

Poor customer service and a low-quality product. I regret ordering from this company; I should have read the reviews before placing my order.

Never ever buy anything from here. I had a very bad experience from them. I was trying to buy a fridge. After I paid and ordered, I waited for a week and a half with out any updates regarding my order. I was calling them every day asking for the delay reason and they were all playing with me. It really ruins you day, calling them and begging to send the item which you already paid for it. I can’t believe, I live in UK , and a big company like this, breaching their promises, and the staff have no caring mentality. I never ever had an experience like this in my life, This is my kind advice to please do not go for it.

Easy to order, good communication from the delivery drivers. No damage to outer packaging, so clearly care was taken with the handling.

No issues with the ordering process however I ordered an item and then changed my mind and immediately sent them an email 10 minutes later, on Saturday evening after 5pm. It just baffles me how or why this could not have been cancelled without sending the order out and going through the long process of sending the item back or telling the courier to return it as not wanted. It's been over a week and tracking status showing nothing (2 man delivery) and no product received so far. I found a cheaper alternative and have received it already. It would have saved time and hassle if they just read the email and refunded without sending the order.

Item purchased since 26 Dec 2025 has not been delivered as of 05 Jan 2026.

Change in delivery address was not communicated to the delivery agent and my messages on same not yet responded to.
