Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. David was very easy to deal with and made it a stressless process as we were a few hundred miles away (Scotland) from the dealership. Great communication and the cars are priced very competitively which meant that we did not really have to shop around. In David’s absence on his days off, his colleagues picked up on any queries we had and we felt looked after in every way. Car was delivered as promised, on time and clean by a very pleasant young man who showed us around the car before heading off to collect his next one.
5 stars from us and well deserved 🤩

Great Customer Service and Smooth Buying Experience
I recently bought a car from this dealership and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. They were easy to talk to and even had a laugh with us while sorting out the paperwork, which made the whole process much more relaxed.
I was taken out for a test drive so I could get a good feel for the car, and everything was explained clearly throughout. The team were very accommodating and made the buying process straightforward and hassle-free.
Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Brilliant from start to finish
Brilliant from start to finish. Car was in immaculate condition upon collection, and everything was explained to me in detail from day one. Charlie at Georgesons Knowsley is a credit to the company, easily the best salesperson I’ve encountered to date, nothing is too big an ask!

Patrick was our sales man
Patrick was our sales man. Very professional and not pushy at all. We were under no pressure to buy but we decided on a test drive in a Mercedes E400 cabriolet, AMG line. The moment we went for the test drive we were hooked, the car appeared to be well looked after, low mileage and in a lovely condition. We decided to buy and left a deposit.
We collected the car a few days later and have not stopped smiling since. Highly recommend the professional manner in the we the sale went.

I have only just had the car two weeks…
I have only just had the car two weeks now.
However, so far I’m completely satisfied and believe I will not have any issue of concern in the weeks to come. I also want to comment that though there was a bit of waiting around after we have agreed on the price I am glad that Ethan was honest with me to a large extent as to what was happening. I pray I don’t have any issues at all and will be sending more people your way. Thanks

Great place to buy a car, i found it online, it was more expensive than what the website said but its due to not including the 12 month guarantee. Dont know how they had a 7 year old car in perfect condition but it was, im obsessed with it as its my first car, thank you 🥰
