Ordered 5 Gremlins figures from here and feel that I have to write a review. The figures were the cheapest I could find online and they were all dispatched on time and arrived quickly as well as being well packaged. Some of the older reviews had me worried but as it turns out I was very happy with the service I received. I will definitely order with them again

Never any issues, spent loads with them and items always arrive packed well. If small issues do arise, they tend to reach out and keep me posted.

First was the price 20%cheaper than other outlets second was free delivery and third was communications replied within 30mins

I ordered a Michael Myers Mask from them for a Halloween party. I had initially looked on eBay but many were poor quality replicas and I wasn't confident of getting a quality mask.

I found Geeky Nerd Toys from an online search and their price was the best out there and cheaper than some I had seen second hand.

Order placed, good communication, tracking details provided and item came exactly when they said it would. The item is also spot on! Can't fault them!

I have ordered from here a few times and every time the item has arrived fully intact and in a timely manner.
Some of the best prices on their sale items I have ever seen.
I've also requested a cancelation from them once and it was sorted quicky without any problems.
Will for sure darken their door again :)

Fantastic figure (Trick Or Treat - 1/6 Sam figure), very detailed and beautiful, I’m very happy indeed with my purchase. At a brilliant price too (£134.99), the cheapest price on the whole of the net regarding this figure. A wonderful and friendly seller, I emailed him about the delivery of my order and he replied back in about a ten to fifteen minutes and put my mind at rest concerning my question. I would highly recommend this seller and company to everyone, fantastic website, brilliant collectables, great prices and great customer service, what more can a collector ask for.

paid for 1st class tracked 2 days later still processing and not the first time this has happened, hardly ever responded to messages not the best company out there, usually great items just poor customer service and paying for a delivery service that’s clearly to much for them to fulfill

after posting this review on my experience with the company, they them message complaining about my review and calling me ,dont offer 1st class tracked if u cant do it, when i buy from other small stores they can provide a delivery service they offer

Some of the best prices around and delivery is speedy.

I ordered a figure for my Sons birthday. The figure was shown in stock so I ordered and paid the deposit. As it got nearer to his birthday I emailed them asking when it would be sent and got an abrasive reply about it being a pre order and it would ship when they get it. 5 months later and nothing. Will never buy anything again from them.

I owe this company such an apology, I was worried by some of the reviews here and as I have Aspergeres over reacted really badly and called them names doubted there honest.But now publically I would like to recant those earlier thoughts. This company has been so polite dealing with me and supplied an excellent item in terriffic condition.I could not be happier with the product and the understanding from the company.I would happily deal with them again (if they would have me).

Purchased order 10848/140323/51 on 14/march/23 and paid additional for 1st class postage.
By 16/march/23 I noticed it was stated as processing still, so I use the contact us which takes you to messenger 🤦‍♂️not a ticket, email or number.....messenger.
So I asked what was happening as I should of received the item that day, was replied with we don't update our site orders for dispatched orders and to see if it comes on 17/March/23, it never. So contacted back and was replied with.
Will send out a replacement will have a tracking number this time for us both and will get to you Tuesday.
I asked for a refund instead and was Informed with royal mail rules blah blah....

May I just add that this was on a Friday, could of sent the replacements out that day or even Saturday.
So Monday arrives, no tracking order. So I contact at 13:43 my message was read, but no reply.
So contact at 16:54 was read, no reply. Was being ignored basically.
So at 19:56 I sent another message demanding a refund because of not following up and ignoring my messages.
Get a message straight back 'I'm out and about at the moment, ill send tracking details when i get home at 9pm and you wasn't being ignored'
huh! Really ?

Anyway 9 went and nothing.....

On the Tuesday early morning at 2:34AM get an EMAIL to say item dispatched and tracking code, you know the details they don't update when they dispatch an order.
And what information did I get when I tried said tracking code

So to my surprise it did not come on Tuesday as promised. Order finally came on the following Thursday, one with a rip dent in bottom side.
My first order has never come, and the fact it never had a tracking or receipt, I'm guessing it never was sent out, and the second order is my first order, basically.

Just be aware of said company, sounds very much like an novice.

Never once mentioned or moaned about having to pay for delivery not being free, so unsure why that needs mentioning.
The rest is pointless.
Royal mail class 14 working days for lost items, which benefits you not me.
And telling me that an item should be with me and now saying I should of waited is pretty hypocritical of you.
As for the message's, you looked at them and didn't reply, that's ignoring me.
And I never received both items in perfect condition, one had a dent in the box with a rip, but just could not be bothered with your rubbish service to mention it....

Pre-ordered a few Star Wars figures. Months later and no news despite showing in stock on website. Finally got a response to a message saying it had been dispatched. Another couple of weeks and still nothing. No response to any further messages. Have spoken to numerous other collectors in the same boat. Avoid for preorders!

Really happy with the service. Ordered an action figure, dispatched very quickly, and arrived 24 hours later via Royal Mail.

Seller responded to questions via Facebook messenger (link on their website) within minutes. Tracking provided on request, but would have had an email from Royal Mail regardless.

Overall, really happy with the result!

Appalling experience. Ordered several in stock items, received no update for a week. Claimed it had been shipped when I chased but failed to provide tracking and has ignored all emails since. Will now have to pursue a refund through my card company.

Avoid at all costs!

Despite the poor reviews I had a great experience, purchased a Neca ED-209 toy and found the price the most competitive. Ordered on 25th January and it arrived through Royal Mail on 30th January. I did have correspondence with the seller although, I would have preferred to see a phone number in the message input contact us section. Seller provided a tracking number which allowed me to verify despatch confirmation and gave me peace of mind! Excellent seller, fast delivery, email notification, genuine products at awesome prices. Very happy with this transaction, thank you.

Having not purchased this type of collectible before I was new to where is best and safe to buy from. I came across this website, saw a great price and purchased. Then read reviews later which isn’t like me which showed some negative responses. I am pleased to say my experience was great! I needed to ask a question so emailed the website, had a prompt response to my question, then waited for my delivery. I received a tracking number which allowed me to track via Royal Mail and today I received my delivery. Packaging was great and the condition of the item was brilliant. Already ordered two more items. My only observation would be that I did not receive any email from the website to confirm once my order was shipped and had to work out that the royal mail tracking number was for that but that’s it. Thanks again geeky nerd toys for offering a good service and good product at a great price!

I was hesitant about ordering due to the negative reviews, but a quick call to the owner, Nick, and he confirmed the items I was interested in (Home Alone three figure set) were in stock and ready to ship.

So I placed my order on Monday (at about midday) and my order arrived on Wednesday morning. The items are in perfect condition having been well protected in a sturdy outer box and with foam pellets. It seems that the auto-emails at every order stage that we're used to from Amazon et al isn't a function at Geeky Nerd, so I had to jump on their online chat function to check the status of my shipment, but I'll take that when the prices are so much lower (the same order would have cost me double anywhere else, at over than £100 more).

It seems the keyboard warriors are out in force, and perhaps it's a different matter if it's a pre-order (which can always be a bit traumatic) but my order was perfect.

Ok, so I can only blame myself after reading the other reviews but thought I would still take the gamble. It didn’t pay off.
Ordered a Christmas present for my son (£70) on the 12th November which said it was in stock, received an email on the 14th November saying it was being processed.
Didn’t hear anything for a few weeks so I sent an email asking if it had been despatched, heard nothing.
Waited a little longer and sent another email this time stating I would open a Paypal dispute if I didn’t hear back – he replied within the hour. Now, don’t expect any customer service what so ever - the email didn’t open up with: Thank you for your order, or good afternoon, neither did it finish with thanks or best regards. Literally two lines that read – Order despatched but due to Royal Mail strikes no collections or deliveries today or tomorrow.
No tracking available either – although the Facebook page says 24 or 48hours tracking on orders.
Wait another few weeks and still nothing. Ended up having to claim a refund back through Paypal resolution centre.
My belief is that it was never despatched as it was never in stock.
If you do choose to ignore the negative reviews like I did then please pay via Paypal at least then you can claim your refund easily.
Ordered from another website in the end who delivered next day.
Goes without saying I won’t use this site again.
