Christmas tree was missing branches and broken when we received it, smelt funny and was crammed in the box with other things we bought. After numerous ignored emails they finally said I could return it 12 days before christmas which would include me putting it on my mobility scooter and driving 20 mins to the closest place. Needless to say I wont be returning it and obviously wont have a Christmas tree this year. For the small amount you save on their website I would save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere

We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction; however, we would like to clarify the facts. In your initial contact, you advised that the tree was missing branches and broken. There was no mention at that stage of any smell or packaging concerns.
There was a short delay in responding as no order details were provided initially. Once these were received, free full return instructions were sent on 9th December so a full refund could be processed.
There is still time to return the tree for a full refund, so you would not be without a tree for Christmas. We remain willing to resolve this matter.

Parcel was never collected from outlet for delivery and I even paid for 2 day delivery FedEx were less than helpful on the 5th day cancelled my order as it would arrive to late there excuse was its a busy time of year if thats the case don't offer a 2 day delivery if you cant deliver on time not fare on your customers and I will never use you again in the future

Thanks for your review. Your order was delayed due to peak-season carrier backlogs, and FedEx did not collect the parcel on time despite being booked. As soon as you contacted us, we refunded your postage, and once it became clear the parcel would not arrive when needed, we issued a full refund and cancelled the order.
Our team responded to all your messages and did everything possible to assist throughout the delay, even though carrier issues are outside our direct control. Sorry again that you had a problem.
Christmas lights
Parcel arrived, obviously been a return for a previous customer. As both lights had mud on the spikes and a light on each set was broken.

We are sorry that the customer received the wrong order. The refund was requested and processed immediately on 3rd December, without any questions or delay. This review was left six days later, after the issue had already been fully resolved.
We always welcome feedback, but we hope reviews reflect the resolution of issues as well as the initial experience.
Absolutely awful company to deal with
Absolutely awful company to deal with, and trying to send something back is a nightmare I ordered a fan, which had a screw missing from base plate and a dented fan blade, and I'm still trying to send it back, as they do not send qr codes to send back, and not everyone has a printer this day and age, they need to move with the times

We have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue, offering replacement parts, a full replacement, or a free return label with advice on printing via return stores.
We also note that this customer has left three separate reviews regarding the same issue. While we welcome feedback, repeated posts about the same matter can be misleading for other customers. We remain ready to process the refund as soon as the return is completed.
Smooth transaction
Smooth transaction with good communication about delivery (although the delivery guy just leaving it on the doorstop wasn't great!). Somewhat battered original exterior packaging but everything inside was as it should be and it seems to work fine.

I ordered through Amazon a vax carpet…
I ordered through Amazon a vax carpet cleaner, the cleaner had a fault which is internal and Vax advised to return to the seller for a refund or repair. Through Amazon.a return was agreed but they were stating I had to pay for the return courier cost. I tried phoning and emailing as I wanted to know they would cover return cost as refund and received no response. A month on and I still have not been able to resolve this. The phone line doesn’t answer and emailing gets no response. Terrible!

Still no refund despite registered return! Seems like a scam company!
Sent used item instead of new. Now awaiting feedback how to return.
Update: N.a.i.d.i.n.e. W.a.l.t.o.n. still refuses to refund the item, basically confirming her stock control system is useless and unprofessional. Returned item to company, still awaiting refund. Very unprofessional company, tried to say they advertised used product - no, due diligence was done and item was listed as new. But it wasn't...

Update - We cannot issue a refund because the customer has been unable to provide any proof of return — no receipt, no tracking number, no carrier confirmation, and no QR code. Proof of posting is required by all retailers and carriers to verify that a return has taken place.
The product was not advertised as new; it was clearly listed as B-grade stock at the time of purchase.
Unfortunately, the customer has made several false accusations and personal remarks in their communications and review. We do want to make it clear to other customers that we have remained professional throughout and have simply requested the standard evidence required to process a refund.
As soon as any proof of return is provided, we will be happy to resolve the matter immediately.
