Gateway Surveyors - Private Clients Arvostelua

Fabulous report, excellent detail. Great communication from Dilys. Would definitely recommend and use again if necessary.

Very detailed report with explanations of each of the issues raised

The company were great to deal with and kept me updated at each step of the process so I always knew what was happening and when. Very impressed with both the surveyor and the office afterwards when I had a query. Surveyor was friendly, knowledgable and a delight to do business with. Very professional.

The booking process was quick and easy, with clear assistance provided in choosing the most suitable survey for the property.

The survey was produced very promptly following the appointment and I was impressed by just how thorough and detailed the report was, with multiple photographs and explanations of points for consideration. Our surveyor was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable - the report was well-structured, with clear, common sense advice on the issues identified and helpful guidance as to the next steps to take. Our surveyor even took the time to talk me through some of the points when I asked for further advice. I can thoroughly recommend Mr Haining and Gateway Surveyors - Professional, experienced and personable. The survey produced proved valuable in helping me to make an informed decision, enabling me to proceed with the house purchase with confidence.

Detailed survey with prompt responses. Would use again.

Absolutely brilliant, this is our second house sale and the last survey we got they didn’t speak to us at all just got a survey through that seemed half arsed.
I contacted gateway quite late in our sale and was worried there would be a delay, they got the survey done and sent to us within a week and a half. The sellers also used gateway and they rung me immediately to see if I was comfortable with this potential conflict of interest which of course I was fine with but I loved that they told me and asked me. Was a very personable touch and couldn’t recommend them more. I early review anything but feel they defiantly deserve a good word.

Company and surveyor very easy to deal with. The home buyer report was very good and very detailed and easy to understand and therefore what actions i need to take.

Great service. A good quality report.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Phoned before survey re points I might have been been concerned about. Straightforward thorough easy to understand report. As follow up I requested to talk with James ( surveyor) very clear and informative. Thanks

The surveyor rung to ask if there. Was anything specific to look at. Her report was thorough and arrived quickly. The admin suffers from be8ng ‘automatic’ however, when I telephoned the company they helped quickly and efficiently. Overall a very good experience.

Great service from this company in all respects.Fast, efficient and professional.10/10

Simple to organise.
Efficient.
Speedy, clear report

I would highly recommend Gateway, from the efficient and friendly communication with the Office, to the comprehensive level 2 survey report. I have been impressed by the post-survey customer service experience, with the surveyor responding to follow-up questions in a helpful and prompt manner. Thank You Gateway.

Gateways way recommended to me by our daughter as she used them and was also pleased with the service they provided.
Had my survey done on the Wednesday and received the report on the Friday. And I am so pleased with the report, it’s so clear and easy to read using a traffic light system. Right from start to finish Gateways have been brilliant. Thank You 🤩

Rapid response and efficient.
The report is done just 2 days after inspection

Done quite detailed survey advised us of things we NEED to do and also suggested things we might LIKE to do sent detailed report promptly no hassles

Professional and friendly service, they have the human touch

I had been recommended contact details for Dilys in Gateway Surveyor's by the estate agency; throughout the process she kept me up to date, and always happy to take a phone call. I found the costs to be very reasonable (somewhere around the middle) but the quality was fantastic, very in-depth report, clearly exploring issues I hadn't even noticed on the viewings, booked the survey 3 weeks in advance once offer was accepted. In the end I backed out of the property sale, without such a magnificent report, I would have ultimately been thousands of pounds at a loss in the long-run! Thank you so much Dilys at Gateway Surveyor's, I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quality survey at a reasonable price.
