Great homebuyers report
Dilys provided us with a really comprehensive survey and picked up on issues that we hadn’t expected. It was worth every penny. She scheduled in our survey really quickly and provided the report within 48 hours of visiting the property.

These guys are supposed to pick up keys and do a valuation of my property, its been booked in 3 times now, they appear to not be able to follow simple instructions on where to pick up keys and who to ask for going to incorrect towns and asking for different people, the third time is on the 19th, now arranged someone to be at the property but will they even turn up?

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service we have provided, I can only assume we have carried out a valuation on the request of your Lender as I can't see you listed as one of our Private Clients (which this review site is for) Can I suggest in the first instance to make contact back with your Lender who will be able to assist you further.
5* would recommend
Fast turnaround and a comprehensive and easy to read report - I would highly recommend Gateway.
