Fantastic experience, would use again.
I came to Gateway following a recommendation from a friend and couldn't recommend them more. Their sales/booking team were always responsive/easy to get through to and even talked me out of getting a survey that would have cost me more (massive props here). Our surveyor gave us a call before hand to check if there was anything we wanted her to look out for and then followed up immediately afterwards. Her report itself is clear, provides the high level information as well as the detail.
In summary, I had a great experience with Gateway and would use them again.

I have used Gateway Surveyors a couple of times in the last few years and have found their team to be very helpful and responsive. In terms of the surveys and reports, James pays a lot of attention to detail, the reports are extremely informative and have enabled me to confidently make decisions about the next stages of my house buying process. I've also recommended Gateway to a few people.

I recommend Gateway Surveyors
This is the second time I have used Gateway Surveyors and as before they are a very sound company to deal with. Paul Summerfield provided a very thorough report on the property I was proposing to buy. He was very reassuring about the solutions to the various issues and I value his experience.

The report was very thorough and in talking to our vendors Dyllis really took her time doing the survey.
The survey came through very quickly.
