Cancelled my subscription yet they still take money out of my account - can't log in as i no longer have an account - can anyone help?

Terrible service. Order items to be dropped off. Made room for the shaved headed driver to park as it was peak morning time. Instead blocked entire road for 20mins leaving neighbours to struggle to get to work which he seemed to find amusing. Rude and arrogant. Would advise to use a professional service

Great for the past 3 weeks no Monty Don and his jungle of a garden

Would not recomend buying from this company I ordered strawberry plants bare root ,when they they arrived they were only fit for bin they were all shrivelled up you could not not tell the root from the plant and,and what leaves you could see were were all brown and shrivelled up diabolical way to send plants out in a plastic envelope

i ordered a box fan from this company and when it arrived it was mouldy green and filled with water, no reply no custermer service avoid!!!! Waste of money

I ordered something online and cancelled it 1 hour after placing the order. They claimed it was already shipped. This was simple false. I got stuck paying shipping and handling for something I didn't want.

We found a large garden ornament advertised with this company which we ordered and paid for by PayPal. After a short while we received an email to say that the order was cancelled and we would receive a refund with no explanation as to why. We tried to contact them via their "customer services" phone number but found that the phone was disconnected, so we sent three emails and never received a reply. In the meantime PayPal let us know that they had paid the company for the item and would be taking the amount (£504.00) out of our account. Despite many attempts to sort this out we have given up trying to get any sense out of the company and their many linked companies (Huan Group, and-the-kitchen-sink) all registered at the same address in Edinburgh.

I wish I'd have seen these reviews before making a purchase from Gardeners World last month. One email and two letters later and they haven't even had the decency to come back to me nor have I received my goods. The customer service number doesn't work either. Avoid like the plague!

Please whatever you do, do not purchase any items from this company. I thought I had purchased a dog kennel at a cost of £259 on 29/3/14. By 24/4/14 I still had not received the item so telephoned Gardeners world to enquire, only to be told that the item had been discontinued. I requested refund of monies and was assured that this would happen within 7_10 days. To date despite several attempts to contact them via phone and email I still do not have my refund. Date is now 2/5/14. I have now asked my bank to raise dispute action against this company. A conversation with the Police is also forthcoming. Appalling customer service, ignorant to the stresses it has caused to myself and it appears many other. I appeal to you NOT TO USE THEM. Only misery will be the result. Totally sickened.........

Paid for the goods in full GBP 875.00 and over 70 days later still no delivery, no apology, no reply to my repeated emails , phone always on answer machine. I have reported them to Halifax fraud team and if no refund this week I will also be informing the police.

Avoid this guy. No product, delivered. No responses to request for refund. Wish I'd done my research before ordering.

They take your money no item no refund I'm going to do my best to shut them down they are robbing scum.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY OR THEIR ASSOCIATED COMPANY HIP FURNITURE AS THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND NOT SEND YOU ANY GOODS. THE TELEPHONE NUMBER THAT OFFERS 24 HOURS SALES SUPPORT HAS BEEN TURNED OFF AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO E MAILS.
THEY ARE JUST OUT AND OUT CRIMINALS. HAD TO RESORT TO GETTING MY BANK TO DO A CHARGEBACK AS THEY WOULDN'T DELIVER GOODS OR REFUND PAYMENT

I'm glad I didn't read these reports before I placed my order, otherwise I probably wouldn't have given them my custom. I ordered six Torino Garden lights for a total price of £74.97, the same order from other websites would have cost me from between £100 & £150. The order was placed on Sunday 9th March about 7pm. I received an acknowledgement by email on Monday, closely followed by another email to tell me that the order had been dispatched. The good arrived the next day, unfortunately I was out when they arrived, but redelivery was made one day later. Personally, I cannot fault this company & wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or buy from them again.

Same experience as others recently, ordered garden arbour in Nov, delivery promised in 2 weeks. Nothing arrived, no replies to phone calls, just unrecognised number. Sent emails but only got automated reply. Discovered the bad reviews on this website and my heart sunk.. Nothing over Xmas & New Year, so assumed the worst and started process of claiming refund on credit card. Then suddenly, out the blue, I got a call from DX (delivery company) saying that it would be delivered following week. Didn't believe it, asked them to double check with their suppliers. They said supplier was General Home, phoned them & confirmed back to me that delivery was definitely going ahead. Lo & behold, it arrived on Tuesday, all complete, neatly packed & strapped onto pallet! So, wouldn't use Gardeners World again, but all is not lost. Have faith and your orders might be honoured as well... I'll up my rating to 2 stars after (eventually) satisfactory outcome.

I ordered a patio table and chairs - money taken immediately - then they told me it wouldn't be available until Feb 2014, but as I needed it for Xmas I asked them to cancel my order and refund the money - this was the last I heard from them - no replies to emails, 0845 24hr customer service number does not exist and my money stolen. This company are FRAUDSTERS! Please do not use and go through what I have. My bank have kindly refunded me the money and are persuing this company for the money. I have reported them to the police and Sagepay who they use. I would give them minus 5 stars but you have to click on one!

On 5 November, we ordered 2 planters which were delivered 10 days later than promised, therefore while we were on holiday. On return we tried to call the company to exchange the planters for the smaller version, but the phone number is not being recognised (since 3 December) and is still not working to date (13 December). After a number of emails complaining about the lack of service, I received a reply from a person at 'Huan.co.uk', completely different from Gardeners-world.net.
When we placed the order, it was confirmed by 'customersupport@gardeners-world.net'. All this leads me to believe that this company has gone out of business.
Despite the email promise that I would be contacted on 8 December to arrange an exchange, nothing has happened, and my subsequent emails are being ignored.

Ordered on a Sunday with a delivery time of 1-2 working days, money taken immediately from my account. 4 days later no delivery and on emailing I was advised they had issues with the supplier. I therefore emailed again requesting to cancel the order. This request was completely ignored which is a clear breach of the distance selling regulations. A follow up mail was completely ignored. Product arrived 10 days after ordering. Product and price are very good but only getting one star due to completely ignoring my request to cancel.

I was really worried after reading some of the reviews on this company after I had
already ordered my arbour, however, whilst their customer service is not the best by any means, they weren`t as bad as I`d been led to believe. I did have to chase up delivery on my product as the quoted 5 to 10 days turned into 3 weeks, but the goods did eventually arrive as promised and the delivery guys were really helpful. There were a few screws missing, but a quick call to Rowlinson direct (who supply the arbour to Gardener`s World), and they were sent out the same day. We have not erected as yet, but the quality of the product looks excellent. So don`t be put off by this company. I think the reviews are a bit misleading as they go from one extreme to the other. If you like top notch customer service then I would probably go somewhere else, but if you don`t mind a bit of a wait, and maybe having to do a bit of chasing up yourself then you won`t be disappointed.

Ordered a simple treatment product for furniture. The manufacturers price was on the container at £12.95. However, GW charged £23.00. So delivery is not free, it costs £10 per item. It took 10 days for delivery, when order acknowledgement said 2-3 days, and when it arrived the packaging was crazy. A box 1m high, by about 20cm by 20cm and what was inside - s small spray containers.
Certainly would not order again.
