My son is in a wheelchair he used to go into game every week to get stuff but it's moved into sports direct and u couldn't even get yourself walking down in-between the units. So has put my son right... Näytä lisää

Quick and easy checkout, person who served me was very talkative and knowledgeable about the product and about the points card / system. Everything just went so smoothly.

Got a bargain on the heroquest dreadmoon expansion pack. :). Was cheaper than Amazon!! Great selection of board games as well as ps5 games.

Shameful company

Well for one - i would not have needed to make a purchase online in the first place if game was not.... bad.

I placed an order for my assassins creed shadows collectors edition may 2024, it came out yesterday Friday 20th March, I went into game to pick up my physical £200 edition only to be told that they "only ordered in 2" and both of them went.

So where is mine? No game staff was on either meaning I was dealing with a sports direct employee also.

I was then given an email to contact which I have not heard from as of yet.

Game is a terrible company now and I would not buy anything from them again especially with their terrible customer service.

EDIT: As of writing to their email (after their response to me) I was ignored. No reply was given back to me and it has been months now. I have sent 15 emails and all has been ignored.

I went into my local "sports direct/Game", and they gave me a phone number to contact, guess what... they put me on hold for 3 hours and then hung up on me.

Game is a joke nowadays and the bot reply's only encompass this.

Very friendly

Very friendly, very helpful staff: enjoyed a brief chat about my plans for the top up I purchased. Quick, simple and stress free transaction. Verbally confirmed everything as I was going just in case.

Game Greenock

The Game in Greenock is a small store (it's inside a Sports Direct) but it's always well stocked and the staff are very helpful.

Wrong version

We’re supposed to give me Xbox version of game and just noticed they gave me PS5 version

My son is in a wheelchair he used to go into game every week to get stuff but it's moved into sports direct and u couldn't even get yourself walking down in-between the units. So has put my son right off going in now! Noway disabled or pram friendly
