GAME - Croydon Arvostelua 4

i went to EVERY fone shop in croydon to solve my charging issue, they were ALL quoting silly money to replace the 'rare' port + labor, GAME ON however took one look at the port, rubbed a little brush over it for 20 seconds and plugged it in, sorted! No cost! Honest! Good people highly recomended due to the integrity!

Was a good experience, had a great selection of games and merch. I would always recommend going into store when buying or pre ordering games plus they have accessories for Xbox, PS and Nintendo switch to.

There were about 15 boxes of the game I wanted to purchase on display but there were non available to buy which was very disappointing.

It honestly couldn’t get any worse.

Firstly, I used game’s customer service chat bot to try and understand whether I needed proof of purchase to change over my PS5 controller that stopped working (major stick drift). I purchased accessory care and wanted a replacement. After multiple goes the chat bot would stop replying. Useless!

I then tried to find a phone number.. none can be found!

I tried tweeted them, which after a few hours I finally get a response. A few security questions are asked… and guess what, nothing again.

After escalating I FINALLY get to speak to someone 2 days later.

During this time, I bought a second hand controller on the game website as I was unsure I would be successful in getting a replacement given the service so far.

I visited the Croydon branch in house of frasers to swap the broken controller and pick up the new pre-owned one.

I’ve now come home, plugged in the second hand controller and IT DOES NOT WORK.

You clearly don’t test your pre-owned accessories.

This means I will need to drive back to the store for another replacement which I’m sure you will make just as difficult as the rest of this experience has been.

I won’t be purchasing anything from game again. Truly awful service.
