So much better than the high street Game shops, loads of space to browse and lots out on display 👍

An alright experience while shopping online however when it comes to in-store shopping I was genuinely surprised by how pathetic the stock availability is. All of the games on shelves are dummies and that’s understandable however when requesting a specific game that you have picked up the case for you than have to wait for the staff member to leave and go to the stock room only to come back saying that that specific game is not in stock and I kid you not after picking up another one the same thing happened again - around 15 minutes waisted.

Don’t understand the need to leave cases for unavailable games on the shelves only to confuse the customer.

And don’t be surprised to see only one person on the store floor, the company clearly can’t afford to have two people assisting customers.

I recommend employees to open their own game shop in town as they already know how to work by them self in that environment, maybe they will even have stock to sell.

Clear and easy, staff in store were nice and helpful
