Horrible company! I never received what I ordered and the company never made good on it. Beware of these scam artists.

being able to track my purchase while I was awaiting delivery made me more comfortable with the waiting process.

I never received my items. They sent me an invalid tracking number. When I told them that, they sent me a new tracking number. When I used the new number, the items that I paid for were delivered to the wrong address. They told me I had to take it up with my post office. My post office said It's a scam.

Found the add on Instagram for a sweatshirt. They overcharged $10 and I called my bank to reverse charge and they did. I ordered first week in February and the item arrived a few days ago and not even the sweatshirt I ordered. These items come from Italy and the shipping time is the worst I have ever seen. I asked for a refund and they offered me $10. I wonder if thats why they overcharge you to give back money that was always yours already. Terrible will never buy from
them again. BEWARE

Be careful when you buy something and they send you something completely different and don't respond when you complain.

Horrible experience and still fighting it! Do not do business with this company! I ordered 6 items. Over $210.00 in merchandise on 11/27/25. 01/20/26 I have only received 3 items and 2 of them are not what I ordered and not even the right size. I was offered a 10.00 refund and told to be patient and wait for the other 3 items. They ship from various locations and take a long time and may not be what I ordered. What kind of business sends you items you don’t order and sizes you don’t order!? Huge scam and they should be run out of business. They don’t deserve any sales!

RUN AWAY!! Do not order from this company! Ordered a sweater for $46. It was very cheaply made and didn't look anything like the photo. Attempted to return and was told I had to upload pictures of the item and all the packaging. Then told "the item aligns with my purchase" (what?) and only offered my $4 refund. I have sent two more emails and now they aren't responding to me. Total SCAM company.

Ordered a few items and was sent items I didn’t even order. They refuse to provide address to return and offered to refund me $10 for a $199 order. The clothes are very cheaply made and are complete junk. It’s big scam to bait and switch and no way to return.

I ordered two long linen dresses with a crossover v neck multicoloured . They sent me two completely unrelated short high neck tunic tops that I would never wear. I paid $98 for 2. They were polyester. I contacted them and they offered me a $9 refund! Next they offered me a $12 refund and said it will cost me a lot to send the unordered dresses back so I should take a $12 refund!
No explanation as to why my two linen dresses were not sent. No apology.

It took over a month to receive my order. I ordered 6 tops, but only received 5 tops, and they weren't even the tops I ordered. Only 3 were what I ordered. They only offered me $35 to compensate.

Shame I have to give 1 star, I would give 0 if I could. Where to start? This company is a complete scam and shouldn’t be allowed to carry on trading.
No item has been delivered after 11 days, there has been zero communication and when I emailed their customer support email address, all I received was an automated reply saying there was no record of an order from my email address and I’ve contacted the wrong company and the wrong person. Do not order anything from this site.

Ordered three items o er two months ago and received three of the same shirt and wasn’t even one that I ordered. Was offered $12 to keep saying it’s too expensive to return. STAY AWAY.

The dress I ordered looked nothing like the photo and like the other review, they offered me $7 as compensation. I wish I'd have read that review before ordering. And it took a month to arrive. Badly run company, stay away.

10 août 2025, j’ai acheté deux robes chez Gaïalinen pour une valeur totale de 110$ + taxes. Après près de trois semaines j’ai enfin reçu ma commande. Les deux robes étaient beaucoup trop grandes. Quand j’ai voulu les retourner on a refusé et on m’a offert 5$US en compensation soi disant qu’il me couterais trop cher pour les retourner! Un vrai racket!!!

On July 8th 2025,I placed an order worth $92.92 for multiple items, including two specific dresses, a necklace, earrings, and a bracelet. What I received after one month was only one pair of earrings and two identical dresses in the same color — both completely different from what I ordered( wrong style and color). The necklace and bracelet never arrived.

I sent photos proving the mistake. Instead of fixing the issue or sending the correct items, the company insisted my order was correct, then admitted return shipping would be “too expensive” and offered me only $11, later $13 USD, to keep the wrong items.

This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. They take your money, send incorrect products, and then pressure you to accept a tiny “compensation” instead of honoring the order.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company — you risk losing your money and getting stuck with items you never ordered.
