G-Blaster Arvostelua

Still haven’t received my parcel. Ordered over 3 weeks ago, poor service

Very poor product but cannot fault the company whose response was excellent. However the pistol was very poor never worked and i would recommend not purchasing, unless i was just unlucky.

I bought a gun which didn’t work well but they gave me a full refund, also they have an excellent customer service which is more important as a quality of product for me.
Thank you

There was an issue with items not being delivered but spoke to office who went out of their way to rectify issue and promptly. Guns are excellent and service to match!!!

Horrible customer service , products that do not work! And a poor website that they take money for a item then DAYS later claim they are out of stock. Chinese company that has not learnt customer service!

Fantastic service. Quick delivery and my nephew loves it! Thank you!

I bought the pistol and made the balls to go in it and it wouldn't fire them and would just fall out of the barrel do not buy load of rubbish

Gblaster have been very helpful and speedy in responding to an issue with ill fitting gel balls for my gun. They sent more balls of a different type which unfortunately still didn't work as they jammed in the gun and then they sent a replacement gun. Unfortunately the balls still don't fit the new gun either but the ones that are issued with the guns do fit.
Unfortunately you cant purchase the little gold bags of gel balls on the web site and these are the only ones that fit the machine gun.
The gun is amazing though, it's great value for money but it's disappointing to find that all the gel balls don't fit and work properly

I’m not one for writing reviews usually but feel it is due this time. I have made 2 purchases with G-blaster and I certainly encourage others to do the same. The products are good quality and the order tracking via the “shop” app is really clear.
The Jinming Gen 8 M4a1 is a lot of fun and the kids love target shooting with it. Thank you for making the process so simple abs I look forward to making another purchase again soon.

For any UK buyers, you’ll understand that finding a trustworthy website to buy and import the high end Gelsoft guns is incredible complicated. Luckily here you can get the M4A1 J8 (arguably the best upgradable blaster money can buy) with UK delivery for a cheaper price. Perfection

Awesome fast and responsive service, these guys never fail to hit the mark when asked about the specs of there blasters and service/shipping is always A+ outstanding work guys

Quick and secure delivery (after PayPal payment cleared). Great condition on products.
However, one was missing pieces and in both the gel ball packs had been damaged, were all stuck together in clumps and completely unusable.
Would buy from company again but don't expect the gel balls to be anywhere near use able quality.

Not good quality. Dont charge properly and jam constantly. Dont buy

Bought J9 J13 and Scar. All work a treat. Got in about a week. Tried in vain with Zhendutoys before for months so was great to get these blasters from g-blaster.

The new batteries that g-blaster recommended work well.

Made a second order after the 1st one arrived about 3 weeks late. This time round no sign of any dispatch note and nothing has arrived. They have never replied to a single message sent to them. Using this seller is hit and miss. Steer clear unless you feel lucky

Edit - Out of the blue the full order arrived, still not a single order confirmation, or email to let me know the order had been processed or dispatched. Packaged well - added a star

My son is very happy with his gel blaster gun. Knocked a star off because it took a week and an email to them for it to be shipped. No other problems though.

I ordered a Gel gun for my son. He was very excited about it. A number of weeks after my order was confirmed I got an email from G Blaster saying they had cancelled the order. This was extremely disappointing
