G-Blaster Arvostelua

Still have not received my order after contacting them they told me it went missing in shipment and they will send it out again still haven’t received my parcel.

The bullets were fine but the battery cover would not go back on the gun properly.

Fantastic
Really good

Really good company, good products. Will recommend. The only problem I have is with the dispatching. Takes a long time to actually dispatch and then they say that your parcel is with one company and will be with you shortly but then arrives with someone completely different at a different time, very to follow tracking when your good different things. Still waiting for a parcel that was posted before the other stuff. Don't have any information about it. But other than the delivery confusion, excellent company.

Fantastic company to deal with ,had issue with a delivery but sorted out promptly and professionally, will recommend to anyone exceptional service .

Excellent service prompt delivery would not hesitate to use again

Good delivery but forgot my other gun I ordered

Item is as described and arrived within a couple of weeks.

So smooth and arrived so promptly. Haven’t opened the pack yet as it’s for my son’s Christmas but it looks nice as we were expecting it to be

I have asked multiple times for a return label and still no reply.

Had a problem with the gelsoft gun and they sent a replacement immediately.

Five star for product quality, really happy about the casing, just as I expected. However, it took about 3 months to reach here, so 3 stars for that. Overall a 4 star experience. So I would recommend this for its quality but if you are not willing to wait for the shipment I suggest you pay extra for priority shipping.

Great products fast delivery and good customer service!

The gun broke the first day of using the gell bullets don't shoot out properly, and there is no way of contacting the company as the email fails everytime I tried to get intouch with them.

TERRIBLE! I have been trying to find a number to call as my son was SO excited to recieve his 'sniper' gun and loved it... I too thought it to be of good quality and liked the fact that it was not battery operated, although had warned him to be gentle with the loading mechanism as I worked out that this would be the first part to wear out.. However he was careful with it and still the loading handle snapped off IN LESS THAN 6 DAYS of owning it! He was distraught..

The gun is not cheap, and for £50 I would expect something that is fit for the purpose it is sold for. My son was not abusing it and I would like a refund or at the least a replacement please. I can send photos of the broken gun and proof of payment if need be?

I hope to hear from G Blaster as soon as is possible.

Many thanks in advance, Bridget Ryan
