Damaged part and missing parts in the package
Damaged part found in the package.missing parts found in the package not one 3 to 4 parts r missing.its mean your customer service regarding delivery is not good.you don't care what r sending and in my point of view its call cheating. I have a very bad experience with u.wadte of time 3 weeks matter still not solved and no refund no one came to collect package yet.

Issues regarding damage/missing parts were reported on 23 March 2026. On the same day, our dedicated after-sales team replied with a clear resolution, but we did not receive a response from you at that time.
We received three calls from you confirming that you would like to return the items for a refund on 25 March 2026. On the same day, our after-sales team arranged collection with the courier and sent you a detailed email including the consignment number.
We would like to clarify that the issue was resolved within 3 days, not 3 weeks. We kindly request that you review your emails from our after-sales team regarding the reported issues.
We would also like to inform you that both our courier and customer service teams maintain high standards, and the majority of our customers are satisfied with our services. Please note that the courier cannot always collect packages on the same day; they will contact you once the route for your area is finalized, including the scheduled date and time for collection.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation while we complete the collection and refund process.

Excellent service and products
We ordered a dining table and chair set, unfortunately the table top arrived damaged.
We took photos and emailed FIF straight away, we had a reply within hours asking us to repack the top and a replacement would be with us within a week and true to their word it was. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and the company’s quick response in rectifying the issue.

After carefully reviewing your order, we can confirm that our dedicated after-sales team responded on 19/03/2026 at 05:26:07, offering a full item replacement. You were kindly asked to repack the item and provide packaging images so we could arrange the exchange.
Later on 19/03/2026 at 11:08:43, you contacted us requesting compensation. We did offer a reasonable compensation; however, your request for £250 exceeds our policy limits.
We would like to reassure you that we have provided all possible resolutions to address your concerns. The item supplied is exactly as shown on our website and is one of our best-selling products, with many customers satisfied with their purchase.
We remain happy to proceed with the replacement option already offered and assist you further if needed.

After initally sending me the wrong bedside cabinet to the one I ordered, they were extremely difficult when I requested a refund. They offered 10%off to keep it - no thanks, it was the WRONG item. They then insisted that, although the fault was there’s, not mine, I had to package the item exactly as it came or they would refuse to accept it. This was an impossible puzzle due to the number of polystyrene packaging bits and complex way all the small parts to the furniture were packaged. They also told me that if they did accept my repackaging then if I was not home when they came to collect the package then I would be charged £15. Awful company, zero customer service and I would never purchase any items from them again. Steer clear!!!

Please kindly note that the incorrect bedside cabinet was not sent intentionally. This was due to a packing error from our supplier, where the wrong top was packaged with the item. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been for you, and we truly apologise for the mistake.
Regarding the return process, we are sorry if the repackaging request caused difficulty. This is usually advised to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse, but we appreciate your feedback and will review this internally to improve our process.
We would also like to clarify that we have not charged any £15 collection fee. A full refund of £49.95 has been processed back to you, as paid.
Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is important to us, and we will work to improve our service going forward.
