I have not seen such a greedy and con company. They make money out of new players by matching them lifeless losers who spend their lives in their game! How come can someone steal your resources you pay for in any game! This is nothing but a blatant rip off. They also do not have the self confidence to ban you when you swear in their games to milk you more. I started to play for Top Eleven tokens, which is another story of cons that I had to spend a fortune in the game to be competitive and that's why I have again started to play this buggy piece of crab. I would even give one star if there was. I will never play their games again ever.

Une honte absolue... Ok, les jeux proposés par cette enseigne favorisent le "pay to win", et c'est normal, c'est l'essence d'une société commerciale après tout. Mais quand le service clients, les modérateurs, bref tout le monde au sein de cette société ferment les yeux sur les comportements sexistes, xénophobes, mysogynes, racistes de certains joueurs parce qu'ils dépensent des sommes irraisonnées, alors, ça dépasse les limites du tolérable. Des joueurs qui pourraient raser l'ensemble du serveur tellement le différentiel de puissance est en leur faveur, se croient tout permis et, sous l'oeil condescendant voire complice des officiels du jeu, insultent, rabrouent, harcèlent les joueurs qui désertent les salons de discussions pour ouvrir des fils privés ou externaliser la communication. Je doute que ces comportements soient en adéquation avec les directives européennes, mais Funplus s'en moque, tant que le cash rentre. Cette société est née avant la honte. P.S: je détiens des mois de copies d'écran au sujet d'un cas précis particulièrement écœurant. Menaces, insultes, harcèlement... vous croyez vraiment que c'est ce que les gens souhaitent trouver quand ils viennent se détendre sur les jeux proposés par cette enseigne?
Et j'allais oublier ! Petite pépite quand vous signalez les insultes ou comportements déviants de certains utilisateurs, la recommandation du "service" clients est sidérante: "si vous continuez d'être dérangé par ce joueur, songez à le bloquer et à le mettre en ignoré". C'est juste risible: l'autre va pouvoir continuer à exercer ses comportements inadmissibles, c'est juste à moi de me sanctionner.... Comment la législation européenne tolère-t-elle de tels agissements?

I had several reasons to interact with the support. This is really the worst of all kinds! They will always respond but with the same standard messages that they apologize for the inconvenience but their product is great. I'm of th eimpression that they don't care at all about their customers. There are no actions in case their product doesn't meet expectations. There is also no possibility to escalate anything nor is there a possibility getting your money back if the product is unsatisfactory. So, my very clear message: DON'T SPENT ANY MONEY WITH THEM !!!

My account was high jacked FunPlus Guns of Glory. I reported the theft to FunPlus. They allowed the bad actor to keep what he stole and then Banned my account. So much money lost and proof given. They will not communicate nor respond this platform should be Banned to protect the public from the SCAMMERS they protect!
Avoid fun plus games at all costs
There games are not free, I played stormshot all the way up to SH35 only to find alot of parts of the game you can't upgrade without paying thousands of your well earned money. Do not fall for it, the game is continuously updating to new versions just like beta all the time, and graphics wise its just got worse.
WORST SUPPORT POSSIBLE
The developers of the game are unhelpful when you have issues. They respond with bot like or copy and pasted answers and refuse to address your concerns. I had my card used to make purchases in the game without my consent and I have been trying to talk to them and google about what can be done. Neither will help me sort this out. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST PLAYING THIS GAME AND ESPECIALLY SPENDING MONEY ON IT as the developers and administration don't care about the players.

Vile company with the most incompetent support ever. Nothing but lies we have had 4 different excuse from them 3 of which contradict the other excuses.
We purchased Diamonds which we got and used them in a Subscription which did not work, we were unable to claim the items. The Claim button is still there - At first they stated nothing wrong on their side and closed the ticket. New ticket opened so then stated we got the item which we contested. Then stated you get the items automatically - which we contested. Then stated you need to collect the items manually - YES which is what we said BUT THE CLAIM BUTTON IS BROKEN.
They end EVERY comment with Please have fun - sorry this is not you wanted but dont worry we are here to help you. LIKE W!T!F!

They do not respond when asked for support on game issues of not getting properly compensated for things eraned and functions not working correctly. I have sent numerous messages - no response. The only time about a year ago that got a reponsse on an issue it was not helpful.

Lost one account on Misty Continent due to FunPlus forgetting about the PC update. They just didn't do one!
Also, I linked my FunPlus account to my phone number to which they can send a log-in verification code. However, they never send a code. That only works if you created your account with a link to your e-mail. But...it proves impossible to change from phone number to e-mail, so it is a question of time to loose this account too.

my experience with their customer service over time has always gone from bad to worse, they are the creators of a strategy game State of Survival (which is clearly very successful based on the number of players) apart from the fact that when you reach a certain point it becomes a game typically pay per win (but here one can always choose to stop), my criticism instead focuses precisely on their terrible customer service.
about a month ago I had a problem with the update (via collected tiles) with an important character in the game, I reported it, and their (standard) response:
"We will deal with it as soon as possible."
Ok perfect, it's a shame that after almost a month and 4 other reminders the response remains the same. There is a strong feeling of being made fun of, as long as the players buy their boxes (with even absurd advantages as long as they can/want to spend) everything works, if problems arise they disappear.
Let me start by saying that, since I had fun and I found a group of nice people, and since in my opinion I find that if people like a game it is also right to reward the developers until November, I don't always think so but often I also bought some crates, in November after a problem with a reward that was not recognized to me (certainly in good faith, but I had the idea that they cannot fully control that the rewards are given correctly), from that point on I stopped giving him money.
