Function of Beauty Arvostelua 

My hair is fine and lacks body. I bought the shampoo and conditioner and a capsule for volume. I first started using the shampoo and conditioner and I was amazed at the condition and shine to my hair. HOWEVER when I added the "volume" capsules to shampoo and conditioner, I wished that I hadn't bothered. My hair is now lank and I cant get any volume at all, it just won't style. It has never been this bad before. So disappointing, I wish I had never added the capsules as without it the shampoo was really good with a lovely perfume. Plus the shampoo was expensive. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem?

Amazing personalised products! I’ve been using function of beauty for over a year now and I love it. My only concern is the ever increasing price, this with the postage cost has made me cancel my subscription. I am very excited to see products are now being sold in boots and can’t wait to try!

I really like my hair products and have been using them for quite some time now. Unfortunately there had been a misunderstanding with my last order. After ordering the hair serum once as a free gift (and to try it out) it was added to my regular shipments automatically which came quite unexpected for me.
Because of this unnecessary confusion I had to pay the quite pricy hair serum in one shipment and remove it manually from future shipments.

Used these fabulous products for a while now and love them, however, now delivery is THIRTY POUNDS I won't be ordering again!

Very unhelpful when delivery is marked as delivered but hasn't been received. No intention of checking with the courier that was organised at their end. Makes the customer do the investigating and checking, then closes the "ticket" quickly without giving time for the customer to investigate anything. Product is fine. Customer service leaves much to be desired.

Was using a different custom hair product before and could hardly brush through my hair. Friend was using Function of Beauty and her hair looks amazing. Cost was half as much so decided to give it a go. No regrets and hair is more soft and manageable. Extremely happy ❤️

I honestly love it I think you start to see your results on your hair within like a week or two with using this product. But the only thing I don’t like is it just takes forever to get here. almost a month. And if you guys just ever plan on getting the 16 ounce, it’s not much of a difference between the 8th ounce.

Like the products but I feel they have changed formulas must be something going on

I've been using Function of Beauty for five years now, and the product has never fails to live up to expectations. In my last shipment I was sent a purple shampoo instead of the purple conditioner I'd ordered, and the customer service team was incredibly prompt in correcting the error, which I appreciate!

One thing to note, and the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5: my most recent order also included 6 pumps - 5 of which didn't work at all, which was incredibly frustrating. I had to scrounge around for working pumps from previous orders.

In short: product is great, customer service is top-notch, but the non-functional pumps are a pain point!

The product is alright. Things I wished for did not come true with this shampoo and conditioner. The color of shampoo is grey instead of purple. The smell is weak, even though I asked for strong one. My hair don’t look or feel healthier. So, just a regular shampoo that costed me more than $150… wished it would be better.

I LOVE the product. It makes my hair HAPPY.

Love the shampoo and conditioner, perfectly suited for my hair. The website needs to allow to buy them separately, I.e I need more conditioner than shampoo

I've changed the scents and color and it's never an issue. I love how soft my hair is after using it. Also i like how you can opt to push the delivery date if you still have plenty of product left

Since using their products my hair has been much healthier. I also love how easy it is to change when I get my products and what my goals are for my hair.

(Hair) products that I've tried are generally great. Unfortunately something started to happen to the company/website a couple of years back as they started expanding the range to skin care etc. and took the "function" out of their range: The whole concept of getting to pick your own 'unique' formula is gone, as for months (years actually) I've only been able to edit my formula by contacting customer service to do it for me...and they still don't get it right. I used to love to play around with my formula and tweak it a bit to keep it fun. Tried to send them feedback about this for 2+ years. Nothing changed. I even unsubbed and started again just to try and actually get the products I wanted, to no avail ofc. The products are nice but their broken system has destroyed the whole premise that appealed to many. It's just not worth having to contact and wait around for their customer service to do any minor change to your formula - every. damn. time. And still end up with something different than what you asked. What a shame.

So far I think it is working to improve my hair. But I need to use it a couple of times more to truly know.
