Very good service from this company from the person who explained things and booked us in on the phone, to the lovely Csaba who was friendly very efficient and polite who arrived on time and did the job quickly and professionally, Thank you for your help I would highly recommend this company

Devastated when this happened, Fuel Fixer was a huge relief to us. It was good to hear the voice on the phone tells us it would be done asap and we would be back on the road. Bela came within an hour, and started draining the tank. It was reassuring to know that this happens quite regularly, Bela was extremely efficient and put out minds at rest. We were back on the road in a couple of hours.

Company was very responsive and let me know the fuel technician ETA. The technician Dundee Dave was great and hopefully sorted my mistake. Also Dundee Doogal was really knowledgeable and cute.

Bela did a great job removing old stale fuel from my car that's been sat for a year.

He instantly made me feel relaxed and instilled total faith that he would be able to help me, after having felt so stressed before he arrived.

csaba fixwed the car with a smile and good humour. He was quick to reassure on arrival that I'd be driving off no problemo even though I'd driven the car a few miles before it conked out. Lots of lovely stories and humour.

Quick efficient service from the office and Csaba who came out was friendly and efficient also.

Put petrol in my diesel tank and ran on it for 12 miles until I realised my error (my van was giving plenty of clues by that point). Made a single call to fuel fixer and was given everything I needed to know on the phone, an hour later an engineer was working to fix the problem, 40 mins after that, all done. Back on the road in under 2 hours. The guy was also very helpful and honest with after care etc. Really impressed

After the disaster of putting unleaded into a diesel tank, I called Fuel Fixer. Straight away I received a professional gentleman who put me at ease and explained exactly what to do and what they could do with a waiting time of 50 minutes and the cost.
Csaba arrived and reassured me again and told me exactly what he would be doing and then talked me through it as he was draining the vehicle. He explained they maybe smoke or judder but only for 2 minutes and that would be normal. I can’t praise Csaba enough as he was so polite, empathetic and caring. He sorted the car with lots of diagnostics on his ipad. After 45 minutes I was back on the road understanding fully what I had to do. I was absolutely fuming after putting the wrong fuel in my wife's car. Fortunately once Csaba arrived he got me going within half hour. Excellent service in what was a very frustrating situation. Definitely recommend (the company that is, not putting the wrong fuel in your car !!!! 🤬)

The service got us out of a lot of trouble, and up and running for work the next day. Our drainer, Csaba, completed the job quickly and efficiently. He gave us all the advice that was needed. He was friendly and helpful.

Had a problem tonight with my car where I put the wrong fuel in. Fuel fixer were amazing and came out so quickly. Fixed my problem and even lent me his jacket as I was so cold. Massive shout out to Ian, for being so amazing, kind and helpful. So pleased to be back home safe and sound.
