Edit: After reviewing the response below, I further recommend avoiding this casino. When I was speaking with the support rep, who was condescending and unsupportive, I suggested that I would be leaving negative feedback regarding the website's practices. The representative then responded saying that my "threat" of leaving negative reviews was a "hostile act", which according to the T&C would result in account closure/ban.

The site has went downhill, they did away with daily bonuses, they did away with click coin store, redemptions are slow, and they never offer SC deals. The site was awesome the first two weeks, they offer nothing for loyal players, and with no daily logins or sc deals and with a very limited games, this site has lots of areas to improve and they dont have any desire or initiative to keep players or bring in new ones.

I put in around 1520$ into the site. I’m currently waiting on my cash-out of 4,338 Sweep Coins. The site seems legitimate overall, but they require full document verification before releasing withdrawals. Once my documents are verified and the payout is completed, I’ll gladly change this to a 5-star review.
Also note they dont let you play table games to get the balance redeemable only slots.

I signed up, made a deposit and won on 9/20/25. I uploaded everything requested for KYC. I then tried to redeem the minimum amount of $100, but it kept telling me "redemption not
allowed". I soon figured out that I couldn't even request a redemption until all of my documents were approved. I checked everyday to see ìf they had reviewed and approved my verification documents. The following Thursday when I checked is when the docs were finally approved. I didn't even receive any correspondence from them letting me know KYC was approved and that I could request a redemption. I requested the $100 redemption Thursday, 9/25/25, via bitcoin. Any other site that I've redeemed via crypto it's been instant or almost instant. Nope. Not here. Today is Sunday, 9/28/25, and my redemption still says pending. I've contacted customer support numerous times and now they're telling me it takes 3 business days to process. Every rep I've spoken to the last week has told me something different every time. It shouldn't take 8+ days to receive a $100 crypto redemption. If a sweeps casino takes a long time to process a redemption, I usually won't stick around and spend my money there. That's just me. Other than redemption time and how long it took to get verified, playing slots here was good.
