They still email me trying to get me to redeem by crypto sending $55 the ill receive my redemption. Now my point of this review is Yes the sweep coins are free and yes you do have to buy a GC package to get them in order to play their sweepstakes and it's fair as long as they are legit and fair 100% around. The one's screaming about that's not free never bought Publisher's Clearing House Magazines to enter their free Million Dollar Sweepstakes with no purchase necessary.
Yet when purchasing magazines you have to place the gold star provided in the gold star spot in order to have your magazine order processed and that gold star was placed in position to show through the return envelope so that all magazines ordered and entered into the sweepstakes showed the gold star through the envelope and proceeded all envelopes without this gold star went unopened into the trash can and you licked that nasty envelope glue for free but those who did join their sweepstakes drawing paid for a magazine subscription first as Ed MacMann was not paying that million dollars out his own pocket and neither are these sweep casinos. My only problem with the semi-legit ones even though im sure its in the agreement which im not reading and why i turn to trust pilot reviews are the ones that give you a bonus and after you buy a coin package and you win then claim because you used a bonus to when it is max payout of $100 or 25% of your winnings up to $100.
Some the legit's tell you this slot can not be played with bonus coins or they have you choose whether or not you want to play using your purchased sweeps coins or bonus sweeps coins (Respect) i dont use my bonus coins until i have zero if my purchased coins and that's if i accept their bonus coins which i choose to next to never do as i prefer to play my dollar per sweep coin dollar nothing else just straight forward nothing to argue over my dollar or bonus if there is no bonus Period.
( Personally i also say if a bonus is not giving to me or player without stipulations and is 100% my bonus and i win it i keep it cashed out in my account or on card then just keep your bonus i do not wont it period here too. Life is confusing and hard enough without adding to it.
So quit screaming think and understand keep our reviews given true in experience and not manipulated from sore-loser madness.

Fraudulent casino

I made some purchases on this website, and on two instances in the same day, they took one $27 deposit, and a second $20. Neither time do they credit it to my account.

They claimed that they are currently reviewing the reason for the $27 deposit and said that I would hear back in three days. If I do it all? Then, I thought, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. So, I logged in, and I tried making a $20 deposit. It also failed. They claimed they never got it, but it disappeared out of my balance.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

1/19/25 Update:
Their ‘relevant’ department did reach out to me and said they refunded BOTH deposits (despite initially, denying the second $20 deposit). I received this email this morning, so let’s see if the refunds actually come through or not. I will update again.

I've never experienced this & I've been playing with numerous casinos. I submitted my documents for verification almost a month ago (rules state verification process take 2-3 days, normal process) & still nothing is done. I've spoken with customer service over 6 times & all they can tell me is to have patience & it's in the right department. Obviously, it's not because it SHOULD NOT take this long. I've never waited more than a week to get verified. I haven't even submitted my redemption yet so who knows how long that'll take. But when im buying coins it comes out of my account instantly! SMH. Extreme and Invasive “Verification” – Proceed With Caution

I am posting this to warn others based on my personal experience.

After requesting a prize/withdrawal, I was asked to submit an extensive and invasive list of documents, including:
• Government photo ID
• Proof of address
• Front and back images of my credit/debit cards
• A bank statement showing my bank name, full account number, and routing number

This was requested despite the fact that I was previously told these documents were NOT required for a Bitcoin withdrawal. The inconsistency alone is concerning.

Even regulated financial institutions and licensed U.S. casinos do not request this level of sensitive information, especially when withdrawing via cryptocurrency, which does not involve bank accounts or cards at all.

No clear explanation was provided for:
• Why each document was necessary
• How my data would be encrypted and stored
• What their data-retention policy is
• What regulatory body oversees them

Providing this amount of information creates a serious risk of identity theft and financial fraud. The request violates basic data-minimization standards followed by legitimate companies.

Until clear, verifiable compliance and security protections are explained, I strongly advise others to think twice before submitting personal or financial documents to this platform

What this site is doing should be criminal, I have played on so many sites. Won and lost. Deposited and redeemed on the majority of the, So when a site is this bad it really stands out. If you want to redeem to bank check and double check their terms. Bank statements never show full account numbers. And these clowns require it. So requiring something they know 99.9% of the players will not be able to obtain is a heck of a scam. DONT PLAY HERE. Cant get verified, can't make a purchase, can't redeem. The account lets me play, sort of but really doesn't allow for active play. No real chance here. Now they have blocked me after winning. Says I am playing from an unsupported country. BS. They unlocked my account but is still a joke.

They will find anything wrong with documents you submit. I’m on week 3 and still haven’t been approved. I was denied because there was another name on my bank account. I guess people aren’t allowed to be married or have a beneficiary. Then it was I needed to submit routing number just to be verified. Now nothing. Complete shut off of communication.
