J'ai fait une commande de carte de visite professionnelle depuis 20 jours mais je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande, j'ai même envoyé des mails mais toujours sans nouvelle, je pense que ça doit être une arnaque, je vais prévenir ma banque.
Commandez jamais sur ce site, apparemment moins cher qu'ailleurs, vous ne recevrez pas si tôt.

PAS DE NOUVELLES DE MES CARTES DE VISITE NI DU VENDEUR
J'ai réaliser et acheté mon logo pour cela pas de problème mais pas de nouvelles concernant mes cartes de visite commandées en même temps le 17/05/2022!!!
Apres plusieurs mails je suis toujours sans nouvelles de ma commande de cartes de visite.
Il parait qu'on a une réponse au bout d'une journée!!! Bah moi j'attend toujours!!!
Pour une première commande, quelle déception!
Le 28/05/2022 ...J'ai reçu mes cartes, elles sont nickels emballage par 30 ce qui permet normalement de les transporter plus facilement mais dommage les emballage normalement collés ne le sont pas..mais ce n'est qu'un petit détail !!!

Dans chaque cas, l'agent vous a fait savoir qu'il n'y a malheureusement pas toujours de suivi disponible pour les commandes, mais que votre commande arriverait dans 10 à 14 jours ouvrables. Une fois la fenêtre d'expédition passée, veuillez contacter l'assistance. La dernière date de livraison possible dans la fenêtre d'expédition est le 6 juin.

Meine ware ist noch nicht da seit ende februar traurig . Mitarbeiter ein herr behauptet das er meine ware schickt . Das große problem ist ich schicke ihn die ganze zeit meine adresse und er antwortet ist die adresse in ordnung aber ohne straße nur die stadt also ich gehe ab jetzt den juristische wege mir reicht es bitte macht ihr das alle auch

Mis à part des messages préformatés, aucune info, aucun retour. Le produit est SOI DISANT (selon leur site) en production mais il n'en est rien ! Jamais, je ne recevrai mes produits.
Attention aux prix séduisants car derrière se cache une arnaque.

After giving the company the opportunity and four weeks to rectify still nothing no website transfer or even anyone to speak to in regards to it. They say on the chat their supervisor will get back to me and still yet no correspondence. As you can see from their response they state " two month credit to cover the next two recurring monthly payments as well" however today they attempted to take more money out of my account!!! If i could give them 0 star i would!!! i have now decided to move to a different company!!!

Waiting!!!!!
I ordered some business cards from Free Logo Services, delivery was fast, but there was an issue with the cards. I contacted customer service and got a response from Kushal, after several emails I was told they were reviewing my case and troubleshooting as necessary and would reach out soon. This was on 16 February and I have not heard back since, I emailed the 22 February asking for an update, but my email has gone unanswered!
I will update and give a full review once I have been contacted with the outcome as I wish to be fair and give the company a chance to amend. The quality of their product is good and the delivery fast, but unfortunately there was an error with the printing which needs to be put right.

Paid for items…NO SHOW!
Ordered a number of items for delivery to the UK on 20th January. Business cards and car magnet showed as dispatched and arrived in good time. However as yet we STILL have not received the bulk of our order which is polo shirts and hoodies with logos. We emailed to ask where they were but were fobbed off saying that we must have them by now, ask your neighbours etc. The website says they're still in production!? Our MD got involved and sent another email which as yet has been ignored. All in all a very poor service and my business remains over £250.00 out of pocket! Not good.
