Absolute SPAM!!

I made the order on 1st of March 2026 - to date there was no reply or order delivered. Frustrated!!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

That business cards that I ordered took over 13 days to come in and after they came in the company logo that I created is not even centered on the card. The card has some added colors that were never on the original design. They pride themselves on professional looking, business cards. And they are far from looking like professional business cards. Paid over $55 for cards. And I am not completely satisfied at all. Went back-and-forth with them on. Emails, and they have no recourse as to correct it all. They told me that they would do is give me 15% off on my next order. That does not take care of the cards that I ordered and paid for with my business. I cannot give these cards out to potential clients. Because of the lack of professional design that they promised and never came through. Since they will do nothing to correct the issue is a reason why I am submitting a bad review

Ik heb mij websitebouwer geannuleerd , maar wil mij email behouden. Ik ben al een maand bezig om contact te krijgen. klantenservice zegt dat je na een dag antwoord krijg , maar zij reageren helemaal niet.
IK BEN ECHT TELEUURGESTELD, WANT HET IS BELANGRIJKE DAT IK BIJ MIJ MAIL KAN.

The cards were not created with the correct address. The help service is useless and trying to close an account so as to protect our logo is impossible.

Paid for a service , 7 days later, and counting I dont habe what I paid for and shifting goL posts each day - now their website is said not to be functioning. Absolutely ridiculous and turning to be a big fat scam at this point.

Now disgustingly say I got the logo and its okay I could not be able to download the signature- yet this was a combo.

Voor mijn opdrachtgever die klant is bij FeeLogoService heb ik het domein en mail service overgenomen. Mijn review gaat dus vooral over de klantenservice. Die hebben mij goed geholpen met het overzetten van de mail naar ons eigen account en het verhuizen van het domeinnaam. Nette reacties met meestal goede informatie ook al ben ik niet direct klant bij FeeLogoService.

Have bought Business cards from this company for the past 8 years or so, quality was very good, no problems.
Tried many times to place a repeat order March 25, but cannot, without buying a load of extras, and unable to place an order without allowing them to store my credit card details. Chat service was useless

This AI just introduced is terrible, I think they should stick to traditional systems.

Horrile company to deal with!! DO NOT order from them. They never made or sent what was ordered and paid for and when I queried it after waiting for months they said it was over 90 days and too late to query. But I could re-pay for my items with a 15% discount!!?? What a joke!

J'ai réalisé des cartes de visites sur le site le 26 janvier.
Nous les avons reçues le 4 février comme prévu.
Tarif, délai, qualité des cartes, tout est parfait.
Je suis très satisfait de ma commande.

Richiesta assistenza per un pacco non ricevuto, mai consegnato da ups e reso al mittente senza nemmeno aver tentato la consegna perché ho guardato le telecamere e non sono mai passati né hanno mai chiamato.
L'assistenza del sito inesistente, impossibile parlare per telefono ma solo via e mail! Questa non è assistenza!

Prima ti fanno scegliere un design e poi ti richiedono prezzi folli siccome contano che il tempo investito per scegliere il design valga il triplo/quadruplo del prezzo di mercato. Vergogna ai business di questo tipo, al limite del viscido.

18 augustus een bestelling geplaatst en uiteraard ook betaald tot op de dag van nog niks ontvangen en iedere keer andere excuses waardeloze firma wel u geld in ontvangst nemen maar geen producten

J'ai commandé des cartes de visites en 07/2023, tout s'était très bien passé.
Le 02/08/2024, je recommande une nouvelle série de cartes de visites (entre temps augmentaion de 10€ sur le prix de l'année dernière ...), mais le pire c'est qu'à ce jour je n'ai toujours pas reçu mes cartes de visites. Après un mail de réclamation on me dit que je vais les recevoir sous 15 jours donc j'attends. RIEN. Second mail, on me redit que je vais les recevoir sous 15 jours, toujours RIEN. Du coup je renvoie un mail, on me répond (en anglais) qu'ils ouvrent un ticket et que je recevrai mes cartes sous 15 jours donc j'attends toujours et encore et ce depuis le 02/08/2014 soit presque 2 mois !! C'est honteux !!!

J'ai commandé des cartes de visite le 1er août 2024 et sur le site, le suivi de ma commande me dit que c'est toujours en production. J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails pour avoir des nouvelles : aucune réponse à ce jour. ce qui m'énerve le plus c'est que tous les jours je reçois des mails de pub de leur part. Encore ce matin un mail pour des cartes de visite avec une réduction de 20 %. On se moque de qui ????

Grosse arnaque, j’ai commandé mes carte de visite le 01/09/2024 et a ce jour toujours rien recu malgré 2 mail envoyé au service client et aucune reponse de leur part. A fuir absolument

I ordered business cards months ago but have not yet been delivered. It says they are in production. I have sent several emails regarding this and have had no reply, and there is no phone number to contact. I think this is a scam website. Please be aware.

Terrible customer service on an order that was delivered with missing items. Company refused to refund my money even though their own order status system showed the missing items as "in production". Do not buy from this company.

Llevo más de un mes esperando un pedido. Te contestan, dándote largas con mil excusas. Creo que me han estafado económica y sentimentalmente (encargué unas tarjetas de presentación de mi hija por haber obtenido su primer trabajo tras los estudios con muga ilusión).Hoy les he escrito por enésima vez para cancelar el pedido: esperemos que eso, al menos, lo hagan.
