This is very unclear , it seems free. It is not free.
Only after much searching did i discover that the logo is not free but costs 35 Euros. First i could not find my logo in my account as they do not place it there. Then i contacted cs for help, no response. Then i bought a cup for 9.95 thinking i would then get my logo. nope. Then i saw a button ''buy your logo''. Had to pay 35 for my ''free logo''...

Order not fulfilled but got my refund eventually...
Order # 15583390 (not fulfilled) - This was my third purchase from Freelogo, the first being a downloadable logo, second were business cards and they were delivered as estimated. Now, it's my first time that I ordered a promotional product (t-shirts) on 12/22/20 (covid times). First issue was, I couldn't amend the size because they said the order was already processed although I emailed customer service just after I submit payment. Then my order was shipped to Poland on January 2021 and got stuck there at the UPS warehouse for days due to some EU and UK border issues so my parcel will be sent back to the sender (Freelogo). I was requesting for a refund but correspondences were too slow. I sent them few emails about updates with my order and I was given a UPS tracking number and that's about it. Now I am requesting for a refund which seemed to be fair as I will never receive the goods anymore, but no response to my emails yet (maybe due to covid times again). I'm not even sure if they will ever reply and give me my refund. I will be reviewing again when things get sorted.
Update: I got my refund processed the next day after this review which was good. Thank you.

I have been with freelogoservices for…
I have been with freelogoservices for over 2 years. the last few months their customer service including a phone to contact them has gone away, On January 1, 2021 my site went down and all emails have stopped. We can't respond or get our emails. I call the number on the website and it says press 1 for accessibility issues. When i do it says our office is closed for the day and hangs up. I heard they were bought out by Deluxe services and logomax

Leider gibt es keine Kontaktdaten wie Telefonnummer und email Adresse auf der Webseite, was ein wichtiger Bestandteil einer Webseite ist. Und dann bieten Sie Webseitengestalten, wenn selber keine vernünftige haben?
Ich wäre potentielle Kundin, aber dadurch, dass ich Sie nicht kontaktieren kann, meine Fragen nicht klären kann, muss ich leider wo anders bestellen. Wie sehr es mir auch leid tut. Bin mir sicher, ich bin nicht die einzige, die sich fragen gestellt hat und dann einfach von der Seite gehen musste..

Es ist nicht zu glauben!
Es nicht zu glauben, es gibt tatsächlich in dieser Zeit Firmen die es nicht nötig haben einen Umsatz zu machen oder einen potenzzielen Kunden für sich zu gewinnen.
Ich versuche seit Monaten bei der Fa. Free Logo Services etwas zu kaufen (bestellen).
Keine Chance, mehr male habe ich versucht per Email
einen Kontakt oder Hilfe zu bekommen. Leider vergebens,
wirklich schade, weil: das System der Firma ist wirklich übersichtlich und einfach gut.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Bestellung. Leider finde ich die Auswahl an Kleidung etwas klein möchte gerne Jacken und Arbeits Hosen Angeboten bekommen und weitere Bekleidungen die ich mit meinen Logo bedrucken Lassen kann. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden!
