I would have given 5 star but, I had to remind them twice about the 5% I was promised at the end of each year, also, they made a right pigs ear of trying to adjust everyones DD and in the end had to revert to what it was previously.

So far so good
So far so good. A very good on line presence with simple navigation for entering meter readings, viewing consumption chart etc. The way the bills are laid out can be slightly confusing but as long as the rates and standing charge remain at an affordable price we will be staying with Foxglove Energy.

Had no problem when the company was…
Had no problem when the company was fischer energy, when the change of name came to foxglove I did not receive one monthly statement until I spoke to you about this and my bill, then I received all my monthly bills together, then I was told I owe nearly 1000.00 pounds which I am still paying. Not happy at all.

I am unable to stop or reduce my direct…
I am unable to stop or reduce my direct debit as i am no longer living in the property but in France. The property is unoccupied and i still have a direct debit of £113 pm.

Regular readings to Foxglove
We regularly send accurate readings to Foxglove but then they send us what they think is an estimated reading which doesn’t really make sense. We are also sent lots of paperwork through the post.

They don't answer e-mails always saying…
They don't answer e-mails always saying they haven't received them, difficult to get problems sorted out, do not appear to understand what you require, unless you ring first thing in the morning you will wait ages to be connected to someone. I am still trying to get a problem sorted after 3 months!!.

Excessive electricity bill when in credit
The company seems incapable of understanding that when one’s electricity bill is in CREDIT there is really no need for a monthly bill to be over £100:00.
I am considering moving to another supplier in the very near future

The way that we work out our direct debit is every gas or electricity meter has an estimated annual consumption (EAC) figure associated with it. This is given to your supplier by the energy industry, it’s not calculated or controlled by us and it can update and become more accurate if you provide regular readings.

VERY happy i changed to Foxglove
VERY happy i changed to Foxglove. My only complaint is that as i am 89 years old I'm unable to read my meter and therefore have to.always rely on my sin in law to do it who spends alot of time abroad. It woukd be much better if someone from your company could come and and read it so many times a year.
