I had a terrible experience with this brand when purchasing trainers. I have been trying to get the correct size for over three weeks. Initially, I received a faulty pair of On trainers that had glue all around them. As an apology, they issued me a discount code, but I still received the wrong size.
When I contacted them online to ask if they could price match the correct size, I was told, "No." It's always either "no" or "our supervisors said no." I then went to the store to purchase one pair and exchange it for the correct size, but it's been over a week and I still haven’t received a delivery or tracking ID.
I bought two pairs of trainers, which are not cheap, and this has been the worst customer service experience ever. Now, I've been informed that my order was canceled due to being out of stock so no shoes and the store has my money and Ive been made to go there myself to go and ask for my money back. This is crazy!

Ordered a pair of trainers on 1st april 2026 on footlocker website, trainers didnt get collected for 3 days by dhl , finally got collected and sent to dhl Coventry main warehouse and have not moved for 10 days since being in the warehouse,have contacted footlocker numerous time who have refused to issue a refund until and investigation is done which will they can see I still havent recieved anything , have been told this will take an additional 10 working days and refund can take up to 10 working days. So essentially for a pair of trainers I ordered on 1st april I may not recieve my refund until mid may . Caused me nothing but stress do not order from here , worst customer service experience ive ever had.

Avoid at all cost!!! Brought a pair of trainers and after nearly two weeks of waiting for them I get told they got lost and now they don’t have the shoe I want in stock.

Still waiting for my refund since mid February it’s now April 2nd and still not received after multiple emails multiple calls all telling me they will pay me within 14 days. Won’t be giving them my money again.

Accurate rating would be 0 but cannot give. Wish I’d looked at trustpilot before ordering. Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. They have £150 of my money, DHL have had the parcel one week without delivering but Footlocker will not refund. I must wait a further week to see if DHL return the parcel to Footlocker, it may take a further 14 days for Footlocker to then receive it, and then a further 10 days for the money to reach my bank account which will be in over one months time. They then hung up when I told them this was not acceptable.

Einige Tage später wurde der Kauf einfach rückgängig gemacht mit der Begründung der fehlenden Verfügbarkeit. Das ist eine bodenlose Unverschämtheit, wie auch in den Rezensionen zuvor genannt, wurde mit einem 15% Gutschein abgespeist. Absolut unseriöser Onlineshop, wovon dringend abgeraten wird.

Awful experience
Awful experience, ordered some trainers then had no updates. After 8 days I spoke to someone on their chat who told me they would be dispatched surely. I checked that my order wasn’t going to be cancelled and was reassured that it wouldn’t be. An hour later I got an email saying my order had been cancelled as requested.
The next day I spoke to the same person who wasn’t at all sympathetic and just said, it wasn’t their problem if the item was out of stock. I was offered no real apology and will not be shopping with them again.
Two days and order not proccessed
its now been 2 days since i ordered and paid for my trainers and Ive just been informed my order still hasnt been processed. two days??? should have come here first to read the feed back avoid foorlocker.co.uk
My usual place would have sent out my order the same day of payment, no wonder express delivery was shaded out.

Wow who knew footlocker were so terrible. Placed one single order, it turned up in 4 separate deliveries over the space of about 2 weeks. I requested to return the order, told I couldn’t send back in one box and had to send all individually. So instead of paying £2.99 returned postage, was forced to pay £11.96. You guys should make this clear at order stage. Spoke to chat to query this and they couldn’t care less. I just feel blessed that I actually got refunded after reading other reviews!
Joke of a company
Joke of a company. I’ve ordered from here twice now and both times I’ve been let down. They allow you to place an order and then 4–5 days later send an email saying the order has been cancelled “at your request,” which simply isn’t true.
It’s incredibly frustrating to wait nearly a week only to be told something that never happened. This kind of service is exactly why other retailers are doing better.
I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Bought my daughter a pair of New Balance trainers for Christmas. They were getting delivered by DHL and they went missing. Before they sent another pair they told me to get all information from DHL. The second pair arrived and after wearing them twice I noticed the sole on one of the trainers was sort of disintegrating. I contacted them with all the details and photos. It took a couple of weeks before they got back to me. Their 'quality department' had decided it was wear & tear and they weren't going to replace or refund them. Absolutely shocking and I won't be buying from them again.

Visiting Meadowhall yesterday my wife and I popped into the Meadowhall Footlocker store to enquire about a pair of size 5 Adidas Spezials shoes in Sage colour. Anyway this female assistant (sorry I don't know her name?) Came over to us and she was very professional very polite and very helpful too! My wife ended up buying a pair of trainers and we was so happy ,delighted and grateful for the females help /service. She is a credit to Footlocker. Thankyou. 10/10!
Expect a delay for refund
Shoes came quick enough but to return not so quick ,17th Feb they received my return. After many live chats supposedly getting refund 3rd march . All you get off them is 3-10 working days. Etc etc

I returned the shoes and its been over 2 weeks with no refund, would never ever buy again from them

Absolute joke. Do not pay for the protection spray service. We did, got trainers home and they were marked. Returned the trainers and they said you had to pay again for the spray as it was company policy? Checked company policy and the only way to get a refund is to go back the shop. Circus
