Excellent service very friendly and extremely helpful I would definitely recommend to all my friends

I was impressed with their response! I complained when I didn't receive my ticket but they took care of it immediately.

Excellent communication. Got good seats last minute to a ver big game

has anyone got this companys number, I have been trying to get in contact for days, as i ordered tickets, the payment went through and got a confirmation, for them to cancel it a few hours later?

Fantastic service!! Professional and personal!! Ordered my tickets the day before and we're all sorted within an hour. I will definitely be using them again 100%

These guys are amazing, they are so helpful and patient. The customer service was excellent. I had a problem with cookies on the website but they were patiently navigated me through the process until the transaction was complete. Even when I changed my order from 3 tickets to 4 they were still able to accommodate me and seat is altogether. On top of this, they gave a discount and, best of all, they upgraded our seats from the Upper Middle Stand to the Lower Middle so we got closer to the action. I was warned to be careful of these sites, but I saw the trust pilot rating and this 100% works. The tickets come by email and then you use the link to download them to your phone. They even sorted it out when one of my email addresses was spelt incorrectly. These guys are great!

I purchased a ticket for Arsenal vs Chelsea through this ticket provider. When looking at their site, there was quite helpful chat support. Compared to another providers, ticket price and commission fee was reasonable. Ticket delivery was also timely arranged according to their instruction.

Absolutely top experience for fans with different needs and very reasonable prices for even top games. Will definitely be using football tickets home again in the near future

In Mar 2020, the support team of Footballtickethome Matthew and Daniel said that the refund would be made within 90-180 days. However, no one reply email since 4 Jan 2021. The contact number can’t reach them. I will contact the police for assistance.

Everything was great, got my tickets day before match where we arange our meeting, seats were amazing also, totally recomend this site to everyone

1 star because of the lack of information about the delivery of the ticket.
I bought the ticket 3 weeks prior the match and was told they didn’t ship to my country due to it was a season card holder. So I typed in the address to where I was staying in London, and somehow that didn’t work either..
I was forced to text everyday while visiting in England to get an update on my tickets that I paid £250 (Per ticket).
While traveling to Liverpool, at last they send me my tickets via WhatsApp (e-ticket) and tells me to go print it in a Internet cafe, which makes me wonder why they didn’t send me them in the first place 3 weeks ago!!!
I told them that it wouldn’t work, so they send someone to meet me in Liverpool Lime Street station with my tickets.
He told me, that it was NOT season card tickets, but “only” hospitality.

Completely unprofessional, and will definitely NOT be using again.
Too much stress on wether you’ll receive your order or not.

Get my tickets one day before at my hotel.
Great seats.
All went very well.

So easy to use and you can message them via what’s app at any time and you get a reply highly recommended I will use again

Got the tickets 6 days before the match. Signed delivery also, so could track them. Very happy with my purchase. Everything went very smoothly, and the advisors on the Web chat always helped and made this transaction as easy as possible. I will deffinately be buying from football ticket home again. Seats where great, just what I paid for no issues. The match was awesome couldn't of wished for better

Easy and fast. Excellent customer care

Hadn't used before and always nervous as bought ticket as a Christmas present. Didn't need to worry, ticket was readily available for collection on the night of the game.

Will definitely use again and totally recommend.

Good communication. Everything went according to plan and as promised.

Everything went very wel via the email en the personal chats. Only the price of the tickets was to high.
But we had a wonderful match and afternoon!

I found the ticket site really easy to use and very helpful live chat section.
My tickets arrived on time at my hotel.
However when we tried to get in the stadium 2 of the tickets were for a different stand to what I was told.
We all eventually got in the stadium though.

Fantastic customer service - always dealt with Chris - seats were amazing 3 rows from the front for the Tottenham v Manchester City match - would use this company again especially as I had been let down by Thomas Cook Sport
