CS Watersports Arvostelua 

Awful experience. I chased up my order after 7 days with no update, and they just replied that we sent it now. And now the item arrived damaged, and they are not even paying for the postage for the return, and now they are not even updating on the collection.

Avoid this establishment. Took my order and money with no item in stock. 3 weeks later I’m still trying to get my money back.

I don't normally leave a review, but after the best weekend ever spent at CS Watersports, Weymouth I felt I should.
The 2 day Kitesurfing course, with Diogo giving 1-2-1 tuition couldn't have been better.
Starting with all key safety points, trainer kites to get a feel, body drags across the bay, how to re-launch the kite when in the water ( did that a lot !! ), to attempting to stand on the board...
I will be back for more :-)

Ordered a wetsuit for Xmas of these guys on the 9th December and a week later still nothing. Emails sent with no response having to get VISA to deal with them. Don't answer emails , phone number is bulls##t and isn't even in the right area code for their address. Their customer service chat is fake as well.Should have done my home work on these guys before ordering. Stay away people you have been warned.

I recently purchased an 8m Reedin Hypermodel from CS Watersports, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
From start to finish, everything was seamless –I was hooked up with a demo on the kite at Portland Harbour before pulling the trigger on the purchase. Craig walked me through some other options too which was very helpful as this was a big purchase for me.

Craig clearly knows his stuff and is passionate about the sport (being an ex British freestyle champ!) which gave me confidence in my purchase.
The kite itself is the nuts, but what really stood out was the service – they went above and beyond, making sure everything was spot on, that I was comfortable with the gear I was getting and more importantly that the gear was right for me.

I’ll definitely be coming back for future gear, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CS Watersports to anyone looking for top-quality equipment and genuinely excellent customer service.

These guys done a great deal on some new kit, delivery was quick, highly recommended 👍

I purchased a used Reedin kite from Craig after a kitesurfing lesson from him. The lesson was really useful and helped massively with my progression.
The used Reedin kite was just as described and Craig definitely under sold it! The kites are awesome.

Would recommend a lesson with Craig and his crew to anyone. They are all very knowledgeable and very friendly.

Ordered some equipment from CSWatersports and it came with no hassle in a couple of days. Gave me some good advice on what kind of kit i should be getting too.

Absolute great customer service got exactly what I needed completely stress free, would highly recommend, keep up the good work guys

I have ordered a harness for £200 which never arrived. Their response is that they are not responsible for parcelforce and they refuse to refund. Never order from them

Placed an order end of June. Was promised turnaround within a few days. 2 Weeks later still no sign of tracking code. 4 emails remained unanswered. Had to charge back through Amex. 4 weeks later someone reached out to 'complete' the order.

After buying some new kites, i decided a new harness was required to finish my spending spree. Ordered online from CSwatersports and it arrived in a couple of days. Excellent service and the best price i could find anywhere.

Recently purchased 2 wingfoil kits from Craig.
Craig did us a cracking deal and hand delivered the kits to my door, he is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to ensure the customer gets what they want.

Please don't order from these guys. Ordered a foil bag which was 24" not 30". I couldn't call them. All 3 number options never get picked up. Left numerous messages, and never got a call back. Ended up using the live CHAT, which must be WhatsApp! By this point I was 6 days in. On chat they said there was another bag, but it wasn't thick enough for my use. I posted bag back the same day. They reckon it arrived 17 days after initial purchase. Site states 14 days but I thought this was from arrival. They won't give me my money back and only offered a credit note. Steer well clear if there's a chance you may wish to return.

Placed an order online, paid for next day delivery which didn’t arrive.

Followed up multiple times by email, phone, online messaging and not a single response by 2 weeks later.

Finally, after commenting on their Twitter / X page they gave me a refund but still didn’t contact me or offer any explanation.
