Som fan af Fnatic har jeg altid heppet på dem, helt tilbage fra den svenske trup i CS:GO, men det var jo helt tilbage i 2015-16. Desværre har holdet ikke den samme succes som før, men de spiller stadig forskellige spil, for eksempel Valorant. Men det vigtigste er, at jeg har købt et par T-shirts med logoet, som er meget behagelige at røre ved, ret tynde og sporty. Jeg er tilfreds med mine køb

Have been excellent for many years. The shop interface, selection, and customer service are always great. You can reach their team via email, on the website, and via Discord. Which is more than you can say for the vast majority of online shops.

I do think the quality of their designs/merch has taken a nosedive since they partnered with Fulllife. Its a massive downgrade.

Ho ordinato il Fnatic x Lamzu MAYA 8K (small) il 3 gennaio e mi è arrivato dopo solo una settimana. sono rimasto colpito dalla qualità costruttiva di questo mouse e dalle performance. Forse l'unica cosa è che l'avrei voluto anche total black. Se ci saranno nuove periferiche di livello così alto molto probabilmente le comprerò.

Der Support hat endlich nach Eröffnung eines neuen Tickets über die Website geantwortet.
Es gibt einen Kompromiss... Dieser ist zwar etwas kompliziert aber machbar.

Tried to order a custom shirt off the site, first they have extremely limited sizes. Unless you are the size of a house (3xl) or a small child you have no options for jerseys. Then they offer a 'discount' code for 10% off your first purchase, but after signing up with my email and inputting the code at checkout I get a message saying that the code is not valid and no discount is added to the cart. The store is clunky to navigate and the company lied to get my email address. It might just be a scam so maybe dont spend your money with these people.

probably the best support i had in a product purchase, i had to return a keyboard because it showed a slight delay in transit and it was for a gift, the support was instant, answered lightning fast without bots and automated script answers, it felt like chatting with a friend trying to help my issue / refund. Top notch guys well done.

Horrible delivery times which is a result of the delivery service they chose to use, package has been in transit for 25 days now. I would not recommend ordering from them if you like having your package within 30 days, especially considering shipping was $15 for a tiny package.

I just wanted to thank Fnc and their support team. I bought a keyboard and there was issue with it. ( after turning my pc on the keyboard would not go on so I had to replug it everytime). I wrote ticket to support and we toghether solved that issue within a day. They instantly sent me a new keyboard and it works as it should. Thank you Fnatic. #ALWAYSFNC

Website can be trusted. Bought mouse mat and received product tracking and product was delivered.

To my delight, FNATIC had just won at VALORANT when I ordered the product, and the order was busy. I felt a little uneasy at that time and contacted support. I was very relieved to receive an immediate response. I am satisfied with the product and the support!

Ho ordinato una tastiera il 09/08/2022 ho ricevuto il giorno 18/08/2022 arriva l’email di consegna e sono stato tutto il giorno a casa ma alle 18:00 mi scrivono che hanno provato a consegnarmi il pacco ma non ero a casa,quando sono andato a contattare il supporto mi hanno risposto dicendo che avrebbero provato a riconsegnarmela il giorno successivo ma nemmeno il giorno successivo non ho visto nessuno così sono tornato a scrivere al supporto,ad oggi 22/08/2022 dopo 3 giorni il supporto non mi ha ancora risposto e non so dove sia il mio pacco,sono veramente deluso in quanto mi aspettavo molto di più da un brand così grande.
Aggiornamento:23/08/2022 questa mattina è partita la nuova consegna ma anche oggi non si è presentato nessuno,ovviamente stessa storia dell'altro giorno,nessuno a casa sebbene c'ero io e ovviamente nessun avviso di giacenza.Ottima scelta dei corrieri

I've been following Fnatic for a long time as an fan. When I saw the minimalist merch drop, I was convinced to order a shirt, hoodie and the cap.
I was not disappointed! The quality and fit are very good! I often wear the shirt for sports.

I’ve never been disappointed with the quality and efficiency of any products I bought. Even more, I’ve often been positively surprised by testing them once received.
The support is really comprehensive when it comes to request and is making their best to satisfy the client. Indeed, in my case I wanted a French layout that wasn’t existing anymore on the FNATIC Ministreak Keyboard with the red silent switches. They gave me the French keys I needed in my package.

Genial, me puse en contacto con fnatic por un problema con el micrófono en los duel tma 2 y sin problema me enviaron la revisión del micrófono mucho mas bueno en calidad de sonido y volumen y gratis. Un 10 para fnatic y estos auriculares junto con la gran aiaiai de audio de estudio... sin duda alguna volveré a comprar algún producto de fnatic
