Our coaching staff was having a discussion a couple of days ago and the topic came up about us not having a logo on our MileSplit page. I had assumed that it was a conscious decision by our head coach not to have one. I was informed that he had tried post it but couldn't. I attempted to change it but also failed. That was when I contacted you all. Much to my surprise it was changed the very next day. I was impressed at how quickly y'all responded. Then I realize the logo I sent you didn't look very good. Just a few minutes ago I sent you a new and better version that I hope you can get added quickly. I really wanted to change it myself but I was unable. Monthly versus annual subscription promotion
I thought I had signed up for an annual subscription with 8 free months but was billed for entire year. I contacted customer service via their chat service. A full refund was instituted without issue which I appreciated however the structure of the promotion lends itself to confusion on what the offer is, it feels intentionally misleading. I was looking forward to the breadth of sports covered particularly the rugby and cycling

Appreciate the service, BUT…
Appreciate the fact that this service is provided, but there always seems to be issues of some kind with the streaming. Placement of commercials sometimes interrupts performances on Flomarching. Customer service is usually timely but offers little in terms of help 🫤

During live events, our support team is actively online monitoring things as they happen. They are there to help viewers in real time, while also staying in close contact with other teams behind the scenes to share updates and push for fixes as quickly as possible. We know that does not always solve things instantly, but there is a lot of effort happening in the background to improve the experience as it is unfolding.
