Floor Sanding Arvostelua

We recently had Gavin and his Band of Brothers rejuvenate our badly worn out maple floors.
We can only say that the end result was amazing in every way possible.
Would have no hesitation in recommending these sanding experts, and were great value.

I got them to do a job when I moved houses. Excellent. Great team!! Excellent customer service!

Thanks to Gavin and the team for doing our floors. Left the semi solid floors like brand new when they were put in 25 years ago. Very efficient in and out in a day and what a transformation. Gavin is also a very nice person to deal with. Highly recommend to everyone.

I had a great experience with the floor sanding specialists from start to finish. Gavin came out to check out the place and got a competitive quote on the spot. Date for the work was kept and was finished in record time with outstanding quality. I will be in contact again for any future work on the back of this. Great experience, highly recommended. 5/5

I have semi solid wood floors that were 15years old with a lot of scratches / scrapes and a lot of sun damage. I got Gavin and Keith in to sand / varnish them and I was delighted with the end result it was like a brand new floor. They are very reasonably priced and their work is fantastic I would highly recommend them I saved my self a fortune by not replacing my floors and there was little to no dust so no big cleaning up afterwards. They done the work in one day just had to come back the following morning for last coat I couldn't be any happier

We recently had Gavin & Liam in to sand our French Oak floors in Malahide. They were exceptional and so easy to deal with. Beautiful work, I am so pleased. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I can strongly recommend them based on my experience. Thank you Gavin and Liam.

Just had badly scratched oak floor rejuvenated by Gavin and Keith. Tremendous work by two gentlemen. Wish other tradesmen would work to these standards. I recommend you use these guys if you want a quality finish for a reasonable price.

Review for Floor Sanding Specialists (floorsandingspecialists.ie)

I recently had the pleasure of working with Floor Sanding Specialists to restore and sand my white oak floors and stairs in my home in Artane, Dublin 5, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results!

From the start, Gavin and Keith proved to be true masters of their trade. My floors were in rough shape before the sanding, but they worked their magic and transformed them into something I didn’t think was possible. Graham also contributed immensely to the stairs, and his expertise really showed in the final result. The attention to detail from the entire team was impeccable.

What impressed me the most was their top-of-the-range sanding equipment and, more importantly, how well they know how to use it! The quality of their work speaks volumes.

I wholeheartedly give them a 5-star rating for their outstanding job. I highly recommend Floor Sanding Specialists to anyone looking to rejuvenate their wooden floors. Just a tip: As with any service, it’s always best to clarify what’s included. Gavin or Keith are more than happy to give you a full rundown of the process and pricing.

Thank you, Gavin, Keith, and Graham, for breathing new life into my home!

I contacted Gavin on the basis of a recommendation from a family member.
I sent Gavin photos and dimensions of my job (restoration of maple floor, untouched for 22 years, with door wear and water damage). Gavin gave me a great quote, work date, start time and end time. He delivered exactly as he committed to and the finish was as new. The best trade service I have ever received. Thanks Gavin

We had the sitting room floor sanded/varnished by Gavin and Keith about three weeks ago. They arrived punctually and we’re both professional and friendly, and worked efficiently, completing the job in the time Gavin had stated. The floor looks amazing. Just like new floorboards. We opted for the satin finish. There was virtually no dust and they cleaned up afterwards. I would have preferred if they had taken the big bag of sawdust with them but despite this, we got them back this week to sand/varnish the hallway. I would highly recommend Floor Sanding Specialists.

Gavin, Keith and Keiffer are 3 very helpful, friendly and pleasant guys to deal with. The job was done promptly, professionally and without fuss. Most importantly it looks brilliant after their hard work. And boy do they work hard. No hesitation recommending them….. don’t think about using anyone else. Herbie Farrell

Fantastic service very reasonably priced arrived on time pleasure to deal with service with a smile delighted with the finished floor like a new floor would highly recommend
