Brilliant service from Emmad. Helped me alot during my switch over to Flipdish

We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for Xiaoli. Throughout the entire process, she has been incredibly dedicated, professional, and supportive. No matter whether it was early in the morning, late at night, or even on weekends or on her holidays . she always responded quickly and did her best to help us. Even when faced with difficult issues beyond her responsibility, she never gave up and stayed committed until everything was resolved. We are truly grateful for all her hard work and support.

Great system and working well. I changed my review as Emmad Rizwan went above and beyond to rectify all matters and made sure every day that all is working and kept on top of it. He also excelled his team as to Suport and help given.

Oriana and her team made everything possible to help our takeaway transfer our website and online ordering system from the previous provider over to the Flipdish platform. Any requests from our side were dealt with in a timely and professional manner, and we would rate the overall experience as very pleasant and supportive. You can imagine that we, as the new users of the Flipdish platform, had a lot of questions. Not a single one has been left without the answer and/or explanation.
I would highly recommend this platform to any takeaway or restaurant looking to get their website and online ordering system.

I had a great onboarding experience, thanks to Emmad. He took ownership from the start, provided excellent guidance throughout the process, and made sure everything I needed was delivered. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I’m very happy with the overall experience.

Very frustrated customer. Order 189495907-76819 from Chicking Edinburgh was only half delivered. Flipdish delivery order ID 64F90. I ordered 40 wings and 2 burgers, but received only 15 wings in a small box plus 2 burgers, fries and dips. The delivery driver MOHAMED A confirmed that was all he had. I also ordered 2 Pepsi Max, but one Irn Bru was delivered instead. I contacted the restaurant and was told I needed to contact Flipdish. I have not received a refund and I did not receive the missing 25 wings. Extremely unpleasant experience. Would urge restaurants to reconsider partnering with Flipdish - Zero accountability and unpleasant customer experience. They just indicated that I should follow up the restaurant and cannot do anything if the restaurant does not ask for a refund and the restaurant said that the order was packed properly and sent and Flipdish and Uber should be contacted and they tried raising a case with them too and that they might attend to it in the morning. Maybe use Slerp instead. They atleast say that they will intervene in real time and attend to customer issues.

Sania and Hina are the best . Where do I start? They helped me so much while launching our new menu. They deserve a raise and props for their hard work and determination . Honestly wow

Absolutely shocking company!

We were promised the world before signing up, as soon as we were up and running we haven’t heard a whisper off them.

First of all, they launched the app with the wrong menu! Our customers couldn’t add things to their order, they were selling drinks we told them we didn’t have, they also took over 90% of every days takings!!

We have asked them multiple times to come and take the machine back but every time we try and contact them… it’s radio silence!
Our customers now can’t get hold of us as they have changed our telephone number on google to a line that doesn’t even work. They have changed our JustEat menu and now we’re not able to go into the menu and change it back. They are using AI generated images of the front of our shop. Photos of food that isn’t even ours, the list goes on.
We were told by a former employee that multiple different customers are having the same experience and the only way to get them to answer you is by writing a review!!!

Great process from start to finish ..

Very poor customer service and Im now being ghosted after I decided to stay with existing provider. Flipdish made me a google business page which shows the wrong opening hrs and incorrect telephone. I have requested several times for the page to be taken down, but yep being ghosted!
