Flight Centre South Africa Arvostelua

Mary's support, service & assistance, was exceptional.
Very fast & efficient.
The additional information for my Trip, made my experience even better than expected.

I contacted the Flight Centre branch located in West Coast Village regarding flight bookings and I spoke to a lovely gentleman- Junia White. I have no cooking clue what is happening when it comes to travel and he was so patient, answered every one of my questions (which I had no idea the answer to but was guided by Junia) and was kind enough to continue speaking with my husband, who knows much more than what I do. He is extremely time efficient and the very next day, my flights were booked, as well as booking the same flights that my in-laws booked. Please keep this gentleman working in your company or give him a gift or anything that is worth recognition because not many service providers are as kind and empathetic with their customers (especially those who are very unsure of how to follow the steps for travelling), as I have personally experienced with other service providers. He also assisted my in-laws with their flight bookings and only had great things to say!

I recently booked a holiday to Thailand for my family through the Pavilion branch of Flight Centre, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

Yolanda asked all the right questions and managed to put together a fantastic package that suited both our needs and the budget we gave her. Shortly after we booked, the unrest in Iran began, and before we could ask any questions, Yolanda reached out to reassure us and ease our concerns about our trip.

Even when an issue arose during the process, she immediately had solutions and alternative options ready for us, which actually resulted in us spending an extra day in Thailand. The level of service and care was truly exceptional.

When Yolanda went on leave, her colleague Natasha stepped in and continued assisting us without any interruptions. It really showed how strong and professional the entire team is.

The whole Pavilion Flight Centre team was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I will definitely be booking my next holiday through them again.

Lindy Post - highly recommend! Professional, responsive, and friendly!

I recently visited the US and my whole trip was a bliss and all because of the The Flight Centre at Bedford Center....The lady by the name of Teresa De Beer really came through for us from start to finish and at some stage she had to be my therapist when panic attack strikes me since it was my first time traveling to the US and really didn't know what to expect but she knew exactly how to reassured me & that everything was gonna be ok and indeed everything turned out okay and even exceeded my expectations.... I really can't thank her enough for all of the love .care and patience not to mention of how professional that lady is her attitude and her sense of humor Gosh I can't even describe it .....Thank you so much Teresa you are a super Star and I'm hoping to have more bookings in the future with Bradford center flight center and all because of the way you treated us and also handled our bookings ✨️ 💛 💖

Regular feedback.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sumayah Cassim from Flight Center, Hilton. Her service was exceptional and thorough. She understood my needs and professionally accommodated changing requests. Previously I did not have a positive experience with Flight Centre but Sumayah turned that around.
Flight Centre prices are comparable with other agencies and this time, the service was better than the competitors.
Thank you Sumayah for your excellent service.

We needed a small family break and Tyla Ackerman from Flight Centre delivered accordingly. She was professional and customer driven. She ensured she understood our requirements and made sure we got value for money. She keep us updated without us following up, even checked in on our satisfaction on the day of check in. Excellent service.

Chirese handled my booking. Friendly, efficient and professional . Atmosphere in the office warm and inviting. She made sure that all aspects of my travel was valid and safe for travel.

Truly great service. Thank you very much, Fiona

Outstanding service from start to finish. Ryan Van Der Merwe was incredibly helpful, responsive and knowledgeable and made planning my Mauritius completely stress free. Everything was tailored to my needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Flight Cengre again , highly recommended

Tyla was super sweet and very helpful through the months leading up to our trip. She always assisted where she could and helped us change our car rental company as we did not have credit cards for the deposit.

Thanks so much Tyla.

Excellent service, Megan was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

We had a truly 5-star experience from start to finish. Kamogelo Malope our booking agent handled every detail with professionalism, care, and excellent communication, making this trip smooth and stress-free. From the planning stage to the final itinerary, everything was thoughtfully arranged and suited perfectly to our family’s needs.

I was assisted by Ryan Van Der Merwe, and although I did not proceed with the vacation, he assisted me greatly and was patient to my requests for quotes. I know next time and when I have enough money, I will ensure I use the agency now that I know their customer service is exemplary :)

Very polite and professional young lady contacted me to advise that the refund has been deposited in my Standard Bank account. This lady also had a great sense of humor. Made my day.

I had a great experience dealing with Faiza van Wyk. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the process. She provided multiple quote options and was very responsive to all my queries. I really appreciated her professionalism and prompt communication, and I would happily deal with her again.

My contact was Ayanda Mdluli. She is really great. I would highly recommend Ayanda and Flight Centre Farrarmere to anybody.
