Flight Centre South Africa Arvostelua

The service I received from flight centre was thorough, thoughtful, accurate and executed with kindness and humility!
Initially I had started the talks with Jaco who made sure I knew that I could always check in and ask for updates regarding our flights having been cancelled due to the war! I then started talks with Lauren who then took over and helped me change my plans when the time came. They were both great people to work with, and Lauren even checked in to make sure my daughter and I had arrived at our final destination!

THANK YOU BOTH!!!

I am happy with the experience I received from chirese at preller Bloemfontein flight center she has very good consistency…Thank you chirese and God bless you 🙏🙏

My flight booking was complicated as I was returning my aged mother to KZN and needed all sorts of assistance for her. I phoned Flight Centre Paarl and spoke with Schalk van Heerden. He was incredibly helpful and everything I needed he took care of. What a pleasure to deal with a such an efficient person. I rate Flight Centre highly, especially Paarl branch and will definitely be using them again. L

We had the most amazing experience with Flight Centre. Vonique was absolutely wonderful and she followed up with us all the time, recommend using them and her and will always only use her

Good communication and swift refund.
Thank you!

Great experience, friendly stuff nd very patient

Vonique Greeves handled our booking with exceptional professionalism. From "coding" to eventually finding flights that matched our needs and budget and then changing the accommodation in Phuket as per our request without hesitation, until we finally agreed on the itinerary. We had to cancel flying through Doha and switch to Cathay Pacific which was dealt with ease.

She sent us emails and WhatsApp messages to check on us when we arrived in Shanghai, to confirm our transfers from the hotel in Phuket to the airport and once we arrived back in SA.

Truly remarkable support which was totally unexpected.

Anziscke was friendly and helpful. She gave great advice. Overall a stress free service. So thankful I went with them❤️

Tyla was helpful, efficient and helped to ensure I could get the best option at the best price

I just want to say thanks to Natalie Viljoen for assisting us with the best routes best pricing and the speed Natalie sorted it out for us. I will definitely come back for my future trips.

Nabihah always meet our needs perfectly when we make bookings. She also gives advice where needed. We changed our minds a few times because of the war in the Middle East but she was patient with us. She is the best!

From the minute we walked into the door, Anzischke Kriel made us feel really special. She has such a bubbly and open and professional way of doing things. We felt fully at home and in best hands to get the best deal. Pity that we cannot give 6 out of 5 stars. The marmots were so happy too.

Tina Hayes provided me with absolutely excellent assistance and service in booking my ticket. She went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend her with the most confidence.
Branch: Paarl

Maxine is an angel descendant from heaven. I walked in the Flight centre this morning, unsure of many things. I walked out sorted and certain. I know I will be in good hands for my upcoming trip. Thanks Maxine!

We received excellent service from Merushka at the Walmer Park branch and highly recommend her.

I would like to sincerely commend Kabelo Maluleka (Flight Centre Hillcrest) for the exceptional support he provided to my parents and me during an incredibly stressful and frightening time.

My parents were due to travel through the Middle East during a period of active airstrikes, which naturally caused a great deal of anxiety and uncertainty. Throughout this situation, Kabelo remained calm, responsive, and genuinely supportive. His communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, and he consistently kept us informed, which made a significant difference in how we were able to navigate the situation.

What stood out most was his genuine care and empathy. He did not treat us as just another booking, but rather showed real concern for our safety and wellbeing. Even under pressure, he remained patient, professional, and solutions oriented, going above and beyond to assist us wherever possible.

In contrast to a previous experience we had with another agent at Flight Centre Hillcrest, she was unhelpful and dismissive, Kabelo restored our confidence in customer service. His professionalism, strong communication skills, and people first approach truly set him apart.

Thank you, Kabelo, for your outstanding customer care during such a difficult time. It was deeply appreciated, and we are incredibly grateful for your support.
