Fleurop-Interflora Arvostelua 10

I should have looked at these reviews before I used this company. They accepted a flower delivery order in Egypt few days ago that is yet to get delivered.

Few days later they emailed me asking me to pay an extra 10 euros because according to them the location was far?? Then an email telling me the address was not accurate which was not true.

Valentines has gone and no flowers. I just asked them to refund my money asap since they have failed to fulfill the order. I won't be using them again. I have never had an issue with flowers deliveries with other companies in the past or even attempting to charge more days after accepting the order. I just need my money back as I am ordering with another company.

The flowers looked NOTHING like what I ordered. A monkey shoved a few fillers and 4 dying roses into a box and took off with my money. What an embarrassment to send to a funeral.

Boeket is veel te klein voor een 40,- boeket
Er ontbreken kleuren en het boeket werd niet geleverd. Je betaald verzendkosten zodat een bos bloemen bij iemand thuisbezorgd word en vervolgens kan diegene het zelf op gaan halen in de winkel.

Bij Fleurop een bos bloemen en chocolade besteld voor een zieke broer waar ik 55,35 euro voor heb betaald. Ik gaf expliciet aan dat hij niet zo snel de deur kan openen omdat hij net geopereerd was. Tot mijn verbazing meldde Fleurop dat de bestelling niet is afgeleverd omdat hij niet thuis zou zijn en ook dat zijn woning (galerijflat waar hij door het raam de keuken en hal kan zien) er niet bewoonbaar uitzag. Er zou ook een kaartje in de brievenbus zijn achtergelaten. Dit is allemaal niet waar! Mijn broer heeft een eettafel, koelkast en oven in zijn keuken staan; er is geen enkel kaartje in zijn brievenbus achtergelaten. Op mijn vraag of het opnieuw kan worden geleverd is mij verteld dat ik daar OPNIEUW bezorgkosten voor zou moeten betalen of mijn zieke broer moest de goederen zelf gaan ophalen terwijl hij notabene net geopereerd was! ik heb de Consumentenbond ingeschakeld omdat ik de bestelling wilde annuleren wat volgens Fleurop niet meer mogelijk was. De bloemen zijn vervolgens ee week na dato bezorgd. De verrassing was er allang vanaf omdat ik juist de bloemen zo had willen bezorgen op de dag dat hij thuis kwam van het ziekenhuis. Ik bestel er nooit meer bloemen. Wat een 'SERVICE'

I am very disappointed by the service which arrived 2 days late after much arguing with the service. They did not coordinate with the diver, said that I was at fault for entering bad instructions, and lied that a voicemail was left for delivery. All in all it was very unprofessional and not what was advertised as being fast and easy. I would not recommend it.

Flowers delivered were different from the picture, cheaper, different composition. When I contacted customer services they asked me to read the small print, stating pics are just an illustration and the composition of flowers was equal to the value of the boquet displayed. I disagree but there doesn't seem to be an escalation process.

I did order flowers for my mother's birthday in Hungary. I done it in the morning, and I was hoping that she will get the flowers in the afternoon. Few hours later my mom called me and she was happy because she got my surprise. Everything went really well.

Goeie bloemen organisatie. De bloemenprijzen zijn hoog, dus ook via fleurop, maar je krijgt er hele goeie qualteit voor terug! De boeketten zijn erg mooi en staan lang. En als kers op de taart zijn alle, bij fleurop aangesloten, bloemenwinkels ook nog eens biologiesch en ecologisch verantwoord!

Ordered a large bouquet with chocolate and a teddy bear. The flowers were old and the bouquet was much smaller than pictured. The box of chocolate and teddy bear were not delivered. The delivery man was careless.
Fleurop Hungary has managed to ruin a birthday.

I order flowers to congratulate my brother with his new born child, who live in Germany. The service and ordering process were transparant and clear. My brother received the flowers a couple of days later. I didn't experience any issues. Interflora offers a great service if you want to send flowers to a different country. I would recommend using this service.
