Sorry to hear about this, i have looked in to the order and it turns out we did run out of packaging that day, our boxes to send out the goods were delayed due to Covid and arrived later than planned.
I noticed your order came in at 4pm so had missed the delivery slot for that day, your order was shipped the following day on a next day service.
This is what we would expect with order that arrive with us after 12 noon, sorry if that wasn't clear when you placed the order and hope we can assist on orders in the future.

Good Morning,
Yes coloured paint will always be slightly more expensive as we use neat colour pigment to create our colours (we don't tint existing white paint) the colour pigment price varies from colour to colour and we always price accordingly. Please let us know if you require any further information.
