Easy to use website but high shipping charge!

Delivery over 2 weeks late
Delivery over 2 weeks late, had to be chased.
Driver did not follow the instructions/notes provided, which was to call us before delivery to ensure someone could come to the site, which is in a public car park, to receive securely. Instead the goods were left out on the ground open to theft.
