They have always been implemented in the store but you might have been over the £75.00 carriage paid limit on previous orders?
I've looked back and if you had ordered one more drum you would have been over the limit.

Had an issue with an on line order over the weekend - they responded via email,and tried telephone contact - I was able to complete the order on Monday

Yes we were made aware that a customer couldn't place an order over the weekend, we checked the log files and couldn't find an error so we will have to put it down to the internet loosing content.
