My partner and I have bought a shared ownership property and we cannot recommend flagship enough. Bryony helped us through the process and was amazing from start to finish! We had no idea where to start but she was so patient with us, we truly couldn’t have done it without her and can’t thank her and the team enough!🏡

What is the point.

What is the point of sending an email for "champion monthly Survey" if you click the link log in click on victory homes and there is nothing there.

My IQ is higher. In fact higher than your CEO'S yet you continue to mess around with my head.

And i am not ringing customer service to discuss this as all they do is email someone else as they cannot think outside the box.

We bought our shared ownership home with Flagship three years ago, and we’ve just completed the process of staircasing to 100% ownership. We wouldn’t have been able to own a home in the area we love without Flagship’s shared ownership option — it truly made homeownership possible for us.

Throughout the whole journey, the Flagship team has been incredibly supportive. In particular, Carly has been amazing during the staircasing process. She guided us through every step, helped resolve any issues we faced, and made sure we always felt supported.

Recently selling my shared ownership. All fantastic easy contact and very helpful team. Can’t say anything bad.

So somebody called kelly said someone from anti-social team would contact me within 2 working days and now it the 3rd day. No call. Also they give you the 0300 number to call which is pointless as you cannot speak to the department. They just send an email on your behalf then you have to wait another 5 days but i did this not 5 days ago but 6 weeks ago.

Eventually i will be taking Victory to court over past issues and finally the supreme court to prove that middle management directors and the CEO are incompetant when it comes to being in the 21st century as to contact anyone they have a ARCHAIC SYSTEM in place. I have been with 3 housing associations and dealt with 10 more for other people as a Lay Representative and VICTORY/FLAGSHIP are the worst.

Court will happen. Be warned.

front door lock breaks wanted us to wait for 2 weeks to come out on the 25th joke of a company and housing trust

I worked with Carly H. Out of the Ipswich location and she was great! We closed the house way ahead of schedule. She was quick, and persistent making the whole situation go smoothly .

Worst housing. Being evicted because I'm not "living there" when my uncle died and my father was in hospital for over a month and went through a 9 hour operation and nearly died..but as my housing officer said I have to be there and no one staying over oh and I have to open the door to her when I don't even want to see her...my rent has always been paid never had a complaint... But I've got court in 2 months because I "haven't been living there".... I'm so going to take them to court for stress and thanks to them my autoimmune disease has flared up

I’ve just sold my first home and Flagship have been great ‘landlords’ over my 4 years with them. They’ve always been easy to contact and never talked in jargon I didn’t understand so that made everything feel accessible which was always reassuring being a first-time home owner (and selling for the first time, too!)
The 4 stars rather than 5 is that the rent just kept creeping up. Never an extortionate amount but it would have made it more affordable if they’d considered the interest rates going up for mortgages rather than prioritising their own profits, but they’re a business at the end of the day, so I understood their reasons.

A HUGE thank you to Matthew Downes, tenancy support officer at Victory Homes. Due to reasons that are not relevant here, we had an issue with our rent which Matthew sorted out for us. He also kept us informed as to what was happening. Again, thank you Matthew for your help, Victory should consider itself lucky to have you

Bought a shared ownership property that has had so many faults with it that it’s ruined the new start I had for me and my disabled son. Yes they’ve fixed SOME of the issues but not all. Never warned me about possible issues that may arise from buying a new build, albeit it’s not new as it was empty for 2 years. Complaints process is pointless as only £50 offered for all the stress and added money I’ve had to spend on the house to get it fixed. Complaints also don’t respond quickly and I’ve had to follow up repeatedly. They clearly don’t check the houses before selling them to people as I’ve had faulty meters, faulty heating system and inadequate sized radiators. They don’t care about their customers or the stress they cause. £50 in this day and age doesn’t do anything. Poor!

If I could I’d sell up and move but can’t afford to. Steer clear of this company as they don’t care about their customers or the houses they sell or rent out.

Due to personal circumstances I found myself needing to start on the property ladder again in later middle age. The opportunity of shared ownership and 'staircasing' to increase ownership share with Flagship Group provided both hope and security and a way out of renting at high commercial rates. The staff at Flagship have provided excellent support and advice at initial purchase and throughout my shared ownership progression.

I would just like to say what a wonderful person Carly Horne is. She helped me through so much when I was buying my shared ownership home. Sometimes the solicitors couldn’t give me the information I needed and Carly would come back to me with the answer sometimes within the hour. She is a blessing to your company and so very helpful going out of her way to find out information. I hope you have staff recognition awards as she wins this hands down. Thank her for such excellent and kind caring service

Sarah Davies at Flagship housing has been consistently amazing with endless help and support in getting us into our new home, despite many obstacles that came up along the way. Thank you Sarah for everything you’ve done from start to finish through what’s been a long and painful process for everyone due to many external factors, in addition to a very emotional time for our family, always delivering great customer service, help and support throughout.

I’m having to come on trust pilot because the incompetent flagship group are trying to get out of a blackmailing situation. I’ve now asked for the names of all involved with the blackmail and threatening emails I’ve received from them but I’m being ignored or given some sort of an excuse to not responding to me regarding the information I’ve requested. As we know blackmailing someone is illegal and flagship seems to think that they are above the law or think I’m not serious about reporting them to the police. I was emailed today by flagship asking if I want a letter explaining there findings so I replied yes please and again asked for the names of those involved but I’ve not received any response so again I’m not happy with there incompetence and lack of respect of how seriously I’m taking this matter. Let’s see what excuses I get now and or if they can actually do ANYTHING RIGHT…
This whole situation has actually made me ill but they don’t care either way. I will keep you all updated on this situation because I would not like anyone else to have to go through what I am with this pathetic incompetent housing group. They have the nerve to call themselves caring but took my home away from me and now being blackmailed and threatened, I say no more because they are just not worth it.

flagship housing if you can avoid these do so at all cost i have had issues with them now well over 10yrs communal gardens around my area if its taller then a blade of grass they dont touch it 6 homes here now out of the 12 have been told for some reason they are now private instead of communal absolutely rubbish im now in the process of getting solicitors involved with several things

In November myself and neighbour reported a repair. After a storm blew out two fence panels and the other 4 were rotten and ready to come down
Today yes 2 months later 2 men arrived with only 2 panels
But the other 4 are rotten and crumbling.
They are aware of this but even though the contractor has told them they all need replacing only 2 were being replaced.
Another storm or strong wind will blow the others out.
I only hope when they do they don't come down on me or my dogs. As then legal action will be taken as failure of duty of care.
I suffer pdsd and this is causing stress I don't need.
Why the manager thought it ok to change the recommended advice that all 6 panels needed changing to only change 2. Is beyond me. I hope they are not putting cost above safety.
Poor service Flagship/Newtide very poor service.

My dad live in a flagship property down in Suffolk leiston constantly living in damp and mold wet window seals all the time having to constantly put my heating on which cost I have a disabled son with me who have bad asma and I have diabetes which is a health Risk to live in damp and mold cause of the chest and flagship keepnsending people out to the property saying their be back to replace doors windows floors locks to frontndoor and back new bathroom and new kitchen as constantly having to get rid of ants come through the floors and now its winter we keep freezing getting cold i got moved intonthis should of been done months ago

The team at Flagship was outstanding from start to finish. I had number of conversations and email exchanges with Carly Horne and she was always a treat to deal with.
