Flagship Homes Arvostelua

My experience of flagship would be no stars no customer service the way the managers treat you.

Abbie made our purchase simple and straightforward. Kept us informed every step of the way. Chased and co-ordinated all parties to ensure our purchase stayed on track.
Cannot praise Abbie enough for her help and more importantly patience dealing with a pair of technophobes. Quality of the house design, fixtures and fittings are top class.

I have been extremely happy with Flagship Housing throughout the process of buying my shared ownership property. Their communication, response times and overall service have been excellent.

A special thank you to Abbie, who has been amazing throughout the process — always helpful, supportive and keeping me informed. She has made the whole experience so much easier.

I would highly recommend Flagship Housing and their team.

I recently completed my first home purchase through Shared Ownership with Flagship Homes, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.

From start to finish, the whole process was made so much easier thanks to Joss. She was absolutely amazing — incredibly thorough, professional and always on hand to answer any questions I had. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her guidance and reassurance throughout the process really put me at ease, especially as a first-time buyer.

I’m so grateful for all of Joss’s help and support in making what could have been a daunting experience feel so straightforward and positive. Thank you!

Have now completed staircasing the final tranche to own 100%. The Flagship team have been helpful and responsive to my questions. Thank you.

Olivia in the Staircasing/Aftercare team has been amazing and this consistently, not just a one off.

Fantastic experience with Flagship. I purchased a home with them through shared ownership 3 years ago, and have recently completed on my second shared ownership home through them. The service has been great all the way from buying my first home, the aftercare team whilst living in that home, and continued excellent service when moving.

We have just purchased 100% equity in our home. I would really like to thank Carly Horne from Flagship for her professional guidance helping make this happen.

We had an excellent experience with Flagship throughout our staircasing journey.

The process was quite complex, but Carly was always professional, responsive and incredibly helpful. She kept us informed at every stage, answered all of our questions promptly and worked closely with our solicitor to help move everything forward. Her support made what could have been a stressful process much smoother.

We are delighted to have completed our staircasing and now own an 85% share of our home.

Thank you, Carly, and everyone at Flagship, for your help and support. We would happily recommend Flagship Homes to anyone considering shared ownership or staircasing.

From selling my flagship home to purchasing a new build flagship home carly horne and sarah Davies have been super stars! They have been very thorough and super friendly. Always there to listen. Our journey has been stress free and we couldn't recommend them enough.
Thank you for everything

I can not fault the service I received from flagship Carly was fantastic she was so caring and understanding I was going through a very difficult time , Carly was always understanding and patient took time to listen and regularly got in contact with me to see how things were progressing , it’s took three and a half years to finalise because of my divorce
Other members of the Flag ship team were also very helpful
Thank you Carly

After enquiring about staircasing my property and speaking to a few different people who I felt palmed me off abit, I got put into contact with Carly and she couldn’t have been anymore helpful. Transition was smooth, she was a phone call away and replied to my emails almost instantly. Thankyou Carly for sorting us out!

Flagship homes were really good, this is the second property I’ve bought as shared ownership through them. As a landlord, I can’t fault them. Thank you Foagship

After retiring from a very long career, and living in rented accommodation I was worried not only about the price of the rent but also the lack of security as landlords seem to be selling up their properties. I wanted to be able to live in a house that I could call home and enjoy my retirement in. Flagship made this possible due to the part own part rent option. They also made the whole process easy and quick and I can’t thank Joss and her team enough. I will recommend Flagship to my family and friends.

Carly is to staircasing (flagship) what Ronseal is to timber fencing ‘does exactly what it says on the tin’ covering everything expertly leading to an excellent, professional finish.
Thank you Carly for putting up with me, understanding me, getting the process done in time and for your aftercare when dealing with my refund of rent paid.
You're a diamond 👍

A big thank you Olivia for all the support through my staircasing. Extremely professional, kind and caring !
Great ambassador for the organisation.

Carly has been extremely helpful throughout the sale of our shared ownership home. She responded quickly to all our queries and provided great support during the entire process.

Sarah at Flagship was lovely and supported us the whole way through our property purchase.

We recently completed the staircasing process to own 100% of our property and would like to highlight the hard work and excellent customer service we received from Carly H. The process has taken a long time and has been somewhat stressful (issues unrelated to Flagship), but Carly has been consistent in providing us with answers as quickly as possible and chasing up loose ends. Without having a contact like Carly at Flagship, I believe the process would have been much more difficult.

Thank you again.

Naomi

We had some issues with our shared ownership property with very bad mould in the bathroom. After contacting the developers Persimmon, who weren’t wanting to help and dismissed the issues (mould was due to poor workmanship), Flagship stepped up and provided a solution for us to get this rectified.

It was important for us to have this problem fixed ASAP due to our child’s life limiting condition (mould can be catastrophic for her).

Thank you for helping us get our issues sorted so our child is free from mould exposure and allowing her to live in her home safely.
