I bought this machine (A30T) in December, after assembling it did not work, the belt wasn't turning on. After staying on call and troubleshooting with the Technician at EPIC and opening screws and hood and everything, he declared that Machine Controller is BAD. So he ordered one and it was delivered in 10 days after fixing that MYSELF, again the machine did not work and now the Motor was Sounding horribly loud. Again spending lot of time with technician on the call, a new Motor was ordered which was out of stock. I received it in 3 weeks and a week after that a technician came to fix it. It's working now. But for a month all the workout that I did with this machine was with screws, tools and lifting it many times. I have a really bad experience with this purchase and even though its running fine now, my question is - Before selling it do you guys even TURN IT ON? Do you not test these machines at all? Its running fine now, but I am always skeptical about its motor and the control board, as I do not know when they will go bad again.

I also dropped in an email to the Sales Rep at FitnessBlowOut named "Ron" and to his Manager "Jim" and the "Customer Service" Department. No One ever returned a response on this to me in any way. For selling the machine they were calling me many times and were responding to emails, but everyone was QUIET when I started facing problems with the BRAND NEW purchase worth $1697.00.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a rower on Christmas Day, to the tune of $1,236.00. My Christmas gift to myself. I had no idea that I would be charged almost immediately, and then not receive my merchandise. I have emailed them 4 times. Twice I was told that they would "run a trace" and get back to me within 48 hours. Not so. They have not responded to any of my emails. At this point I want to cancel my order and go with a reputable, local company, even if I pay more. One that doesn't have failing marks at BBB, nor awful reviews. Just google this company. And, btw, they took my post off their Facebook site, along with several others. This company needs to be shut down. I hope that my credit card dispute works out.

My wife tried to order me a Diamondback spin bike for Christmas from ftinessblowout.com. They messed up the order twice. They sent us the wrong product... and we have not received any sign that they are going to ship it back. We finally tried to cancel the order after waiting a month with no sign of receiving the bike we wanted only to be told that we were going to be charges 20% plus shipping both ways.


Their customer service is a impossible. I have been lied to several times. They are very good at sending you to dead end voicemail boxes. I have yet to receive a single call back and have been on hold for more the 45 minutes more than once. It is impossible to get a strait answer.

I would never recommend these guys to anyone...ever. Run away as fast as you can.

Invoice 129812 1/20/14

I ordered a pretty expensive treadmill, $899.00, from this company on December 13, 2013. Because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift, I included Expedited/Rush Shipping with my order. I was supposed to receive an email immediately after calling customer service, but, of course, no email arrived. I even checked my spam mailbox. I called back and was told they sent the email to the wrong email address. Oh well, I gave them my email address once again.

When no treadmill had arrived within the promised Expedited/Rush Shipping time frame, I called them. Because of the busy holiday season, according to their generic voice message, I was directed to leave a voice message and someone would respond to my inquiry. Guess what? No one cared enough to contact me in any way, shape or form. Then, I checked their online reputation and immediately realized why no one cared enough to call me back or shoot me an innocuous email.

As it turns out, FitnessBlowout.com couldn't care less about customer service. In fact, once they charge your credit card that astronomical amount, you become virtually non-existent as a supposed valued customer. If your fitness equipment doesn't arrive as promised, hey, you're out of luck. Their mantra is, "It will eventually get there when it gets there." And, if your equipment happens to finally arrive and it's damaged, you're out of luck there too. In fact, this company has continuously demonstrated a complete lack of concern to most inquiries from its customers.

As of today, January 2, 2014, I have still not received my $899.00 treadmill and, at this point, I don't even want it. I was forced to go out and purchase another treadmill, this time, from a trusted company, for my family just in time for Christmas. I just called FitnessBlowout.com for the last time and, as expected, was absolutely unable to speak to someone live regarding the status of my "Expedited/Rush" order.

Here's a time tested adage for the upper echelon at this company, "When the customer comes first, the customer will last." I'd rather spend my hard earned money with a merchant who truly values me as a valuable customer. Good riddance FitnesBlowout.com.

In the interest of time, I cut and pasted my 'last' correspondence to this slimy company...I'm only lucky I canceled (or tried to as you'll see) before I got this product! If they really cared about their customer base, they would have made at least some semblance of an effort to abide by my almost immediate wishes - buyer beware - read on with my aforementioned 'last' rant to them.....

I have been trying to cancel this item since the day I bought it.... I called Max who I ordered this from originally (more than a few times), I emailed your cancellation department (which I was told is the only way to cancel the transaction by one of the people I talked to when I called your company directly to do so), I called and left 2 more messages with customer service, I then called my credit card company to cancel the transaction to protect myself, frankly, I did everything but contact the pope for special dispensation, and yet I get this email saying its queued up to SHIP!

THANK GOD I canceled this order via every available means known to man, because trying to actually talk to someone from your company is the most frustrating and futile waste of my time I have ever experienced in my 60 years on this planet... The email reviews of your company are 100% accurate...you guys suck plain and simple.

As you can see, I am copying my attorney on this email for any future litigious action from either party! I am certain this email will not be responded as well, but also know that emails are binding in a court of law. Please know this will be my final attempt at canceling this treadmill and I am now on record with my attorney for doing so.

I would be remiss to say I cannot believe your company is still in business after all these years, and plan on writing a very detailed review of my own to help people like myself avoid companies like yours.

What part about I'll call you back do they not understand. Although I'm not past my delivery due date of 23 Sep 2013 I've emailed twice and called several times with the same results...nothing. My sales rep Andrew didn't bother to call me back yesterday after he promised he would and all attempts to get status on my already paid for product with expedite shipping falls on deaf ears. I believe I've wasted my time and money on this business; already started seeking legal help. But they are so nice till they have your money...

My spouse and I ordered a treadmill from this company after shopping locally and their price was good. We ordered the Freemotion 790. After we ordered I started looking at reviews online and began to worry. We almost decided to cancel but instead contacted FitnessBlowOut with our concerns. I contacted them my email on a weekend night and Monday morning they had answered me and was very courteous and reassuring.

When the treadmill shipped from the factory FitnessBlowOut emailed again to let us know and gave us a tracking number. We received the treadmill about 3 weeks after it was ordered. Set it up and I have used it everyday. Cable company ran another line to the TV on it and we wirelessly connected to the internet on it. We have had
no problems.

I don't understand why some have problems apparently and others don't but to my great relief; our experience was a good one.

I ordered a DiamondBack 910 upright indoor cycle on 7/24/13. I did not get an invoice until I called and asked for one a week later. When it arrived it had the wrong item as well as the wrong spelling of my name and incorrect city where I live. I notified the company and they sent me a corrected invoice for what i ordered. Then I get a call from UPS freight telling me my order is ready and they will deliver on 8/7/13. I notice the weight of the item to be delivered is wrong and call the company who inform me they sent the wrong item and I should refuse shipment which I did. Then on 8/8/13 I get a note that my bike was delivered. At this point I realized this company is incompetent at best and a scam operation at worst. I cancelled my order on 8/8/13 via voice mail and 8/9/13 via e-mail and 8/12/13 in person and again on 8/13/13 in writing. I cancelled again in person on 8/14 and again in writing via e-mail on 8/16. Still awaiting refund. If they ever send it I will note that in this review. I have cancelled the charge on my credit card. Everyone I spoke to was very nice but they have been stringing me along.

DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!! Salesman did not inform me of cancellation policy, which is a truly absurd policy. If you do not cancel--in writing--on the same day you ordered, you are subject to shipping charges and restocking fees! They claim they ship within ten minutes of your order--how ridiculous is that. I told the salesman to hold the order until I had a chance to check with the person who was to receive this as a gift from me. I assured him I would call back the same day. When I called back to cancel, the salesman was unavailable, so I left a voice message cancelling the order. I received an email the next day congratulating me on my purchase and assuring me that shipment was on the way. I promptly emailed customer service requesting a cancellation. I heard nothing. The order was placed on a Saturday, so of course, customer service is unavailable all week-end. On Monday morning, I dialed the customer service extension and was on hold for over 30 minutes. My credit card conpany is currently investigating this company and assures me I will not be held responsible for any charges from Fitness Blowout. Apparently the BBB has had large number of complaints that mirror mine.

I purchased a Life Fitness Commercial Treadmill from fitnessblowout.com in 2010. Circumstances required I call on fitnessblowout.com twice to honor their warranty. Their staff had gone above and beyond my expectations in assuring my product received required repairs. It is refreshing to work with a company that honors promises to their customers and cares about their needs.

Ordered on line November 19, 2012, order cancelled November 26, 2013 when customer reviews published in various web sites. Revealed voluminous, damaging reports of their poor business conduct, over 90 in rip-off.com alone. Notified Merchant by phone and email as directed on receipt: cancellation@fitnessblowout.com. Merchant responded immediately and informed me, "it’s not going to be as easy as you (I) think to cancel".
In house credit was set up with the seller and the seller has refused to void that charge.
They are now making collection calls and sending collection letters for the full amount, even though the ordered was cancelled, no merchandise delivered and no value was received.

OMG.. where does one begin? I ordered my new treadmill on Nov.23,2012.. So very excited to be getting a fabulous machine to kick start the new year off with. Was told that because of heavy sales of this paticular machine that it could take up to 6 weeks.. I said. 6 WEEKS??? right then I had a feeling that DANG.. thats a long time to wait for a machine.. well then again.. thats proof that Im getting a great one. WRONG. Finally after calling several times they give me a tracking number and the freight company calls and to see if we are home.. I am not at home and my husband is disabled and can not drive.. they can not come to the house because of where we live .. so instead of them getting another truck my husband goes to meet them at WALMART.. he has to get a truck .. and get some help .. the box is damaged pretty bad and the truck driver writes that on the slip.. my husband and his friend about break their backs getting this equipment off the truck and into the other truck and bring it home. getting it into the house was another ordeal because of the weight and bulky of the box. down into the family room from a flight of stairs. ( It states on the shipping paper.. DO NOT HAVE CUSTOMER ASSIST WITH UNLOADING!) But no one bothered to tell that to my husband and he is legally blind and would not have seen it on the paper for himself.
So.. Im all excited and get home and this thing is all banged up.. scratches everywhere.. and the belt is making this terrible sound.. Im like OMG.. what is the deal with this thing.. looks like its been sitting in someones basment for years! My husband says.. yeah well the box was demolished.. I guess it got screwed in shipping.. Im like I don't think this much damage could come for something that was in a box.. could it? then the monitor is all screwed up.. dark with lines running through it so you can not see the numbers clearly. I call the company right away, and on the papers inside they give you it says.. STOP if you have any questions, or parts are damaged or missing, PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT OR RETURN THIS PRODUCT TO THE STORE.
Then it gives you FREEMOTION customer service to call.. So I call the number it provides.. WELL DO YOU KNOW this woman is trying her very best to have someone come out and put new parts on this machine? I said. I don't think so.. I want a brand new machine because that is what I paid for. well we can make it like new..REDFLAG!.. I Said no thank you, I am calling FITNESS BLOWOUT and they must replace this with NEW. I ORDERED NEW.. NOT USED.. and heres the kicker.. how I found out it was used.. It says.. GREAT JOB JENNIFER! on the monitor.. well my name is Debra
Soo After numerous calls to the crap company. they say. OK we are sending you a new machine.. after they tell me its going to cost me another $200 for delivery when the gal says.. we really should charge you $269.00 but we will deduct $69.00
I WROTE THEM BACK and said YOUR JOKING RIGHT?.. GUESS what.. IM DONE WITH YOU CROOKS.. and I will handle matters my way from here on out. so then I get a call this morning saying that we have a delivery set up for you on Thurs. of this week. I told the UPS. no thanks.. I refuse delivery.. I have a piece of crap sitting in my basement right now.. that they need to pick up. So I have been in touch with my credit card company they say they will back me and I am gaining all info I can to fax over to them to help myself and others with this crooked company. I am hoping to have a investigation done by one of the news stations or television shows.. No one should have to deal with being ripped off.. Its one of those things in life I have 0 tolerance for! If you are wanting to join forces to take this crooked company down.. nows the time.

At this point I feel victimized:

I purchased the equipment on recommendation from sales department. I made the payment Dec 2 expecting to give my wide a fully functional certified refurbished life fitness 95i elliptical with a life time warranty for Christmas. On December 22 I received a big problem that remains unsolved. No one would have certified thing. And sure enough there was no certificate or even instruction manual. All we got was a broken and improperly repaired elliptical that was not in a usable condition. I am talking serious problemes not mere scratches or cosmetic damage. I.e. broken casing that caused dangerous rubbing in main gear area, missing screws, a squeaking belt about to break . I called for service as this was to be a gift for the holiday, and after much effort fitness blowout acquiesced and I was able to arrange for a service man to come look at it.

The service tec confirmed the fact that the screw wells in the shroud were broken /missing, so the machine won’t go together right, He also pointed out a belt about to break that had been covered in a lubricant to mask the problem temporally. We then send fintnessblowout a list of the BROKEN parts .. as there is a life time warranty and the machine was never used this should be a no brainer right??? Not to be the case. The response of Fitness Blowout was to send a new repair man to sell my wife on the idea that the machine is fine the way it is!!!

Save your money. Do not trust these charlatans.

Think the warranty will protect you ?? think again, and warranty is only as good as the stability and fairness of the obligated party. I was suspicious when the sales process included a number of consent waivers. Wish I had trusted my instincts. Buyer Beware and more importantly buy elsewhere.

This company is horrible! Do not purchase anything from this company. I purchased a Life Fitness Treadmill from them and was promised a lifetime warranty on the machine. I also purchased every insurance and warranty upgrade they offered to make sure I had no problems in the future with the machine. When I received the machine... it didn't work. I've been fighting for months with them to try and get them to fix it... with no luck. At one time they told me I just needed to figure out how to fix it myself!!! It's been months of fighting with them, months of paying for a machine that doesn't work... and they have yet to send a technician out to fix it. Moral of the story... If you buy a machine from them and happen to get lucky (receive a machine that works), the first time you have any problems with the machine, your luck will run out. They don't honor their warranties. They don't return phone calls and emails... and most importantly... they don't care. Run... Seriously, run as far away from this company as possible. Do no purchase anything from them.

I've seen a number of bad reviews for this company and I must say I have no idea what they are talking about.

My experience was ideal, from the owner Mr. Rosen greeting me himself, to his informed staff member Jarod carefully considering my needs and wants when it came to my new CardioZone treadmill, to ensuring I got the proper service and warranties arranged without breaking my bank... this company is AMAZING.

They do have a number of disclaimers in the contract but it is all there for you to read. I expected the delivery to take up to 40 working days but my order on 10/2 arrived at my house in less than a week.

The price I paid for my treadmill was less then even the ebay wholesale shippers offer without the warranty.

I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and I expect many good continued relations with this company for years to come.

Long story short: I have had a very good experience with Fitnessblowout.com, from my initial inquiries regarding one of their products, to the delivery of same. Long story below, if you wish to read it.
I ordered a ProForm Tour de France bike($1427 - best price I had found to date) from Fitnessblowout.com, and have been very pleased with the process. I ordered the bike on Aug. 17, after having online chats and email conversations with a couple of different employees, who were very helpful and courteous.
After ordering, for some reason I decided to research the company (I usually do this BEFORE ordering anything online), and ran across some negative reviews, primarily regarding shipping and delivery. I waited until about 2 weeks after I’d ordered, and contacted Michelle Piovan, who had been assigned to process my order. She told me that she would notify me as soon as the shipper gave her notification, and reminded me that her original email stated that processing and shipping would most likely happen between 14 and 21 business days; I must admit, my concerns were not alleviated!
However, after a couple days I received notice that my bike had begun its journey, and I checked the tracking number given me by Michelle. The bike had indeed been shipped, and yesterday (9/12) I went to UPS to pick it up (it was to be delivered to my home, but when I called UPS I learned that it would be put on their truck this morning, for delivery later today; I just couldn’t wait to get it).
The package was in great shape, even though the box had a few of the normal bumps and bruises, and the bike itself was in perfect condition. The only complaint -and it is minor- I have with my whole experience is the time it took to receive the bike, but perhaps I just don't understand shipping operations.
I assembled it, set it up and even took a short ride on it before turning in for the night.

I would like to say that this has been by far the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Something that I was thrilled about while purchasing, turned into a nightmare. I called countless times to ask about the day of delivery for my item purchased. Each time stating to the representative that I had not received any shipping status or confirmation on the order. The third and final time I called I spoke with a young lady and she assured me that my order would be delivered on the 29th. I had my boyfriend take off from work that day to wait for the delivery, and after waiting for hours he called the place and a appointment was now required for delivery. He drove to Kirby Texas to pick up the item and delivered a 500lb treadmill into our home by himself. Apparently the appointment that needs to be set before delivery is in the "fine lines", however as a experienced sales manager myself... you would think after THREE phone calls concerning the delivery of my item someone could have explained that to me???! After spending hours setting up this piece of equipment and hiring a electrician to come in to change out our circuits , we plug in our brand new $4125.00 machine and the damn thing does not go past 1 mph! I call and of course I need to call back the next day.. I call the next day and the most unprofessional lady answers and literally hangs up on me 3 times while "placing me on hold" I understand the phone issues, trust me I get it. I just invested in over $4000 to your company and this is the service i receive... at this point I am horribly frustrated and upset . My boyfriend and I then continued to call back because apparently my message was ignored or probably not even delivered by the snotty receptionist. My response is to just go online and leave me name and number and some will call me...?????? I want this resolved NOW, why is that so ridiculous? I want this thing removed from my home and to be completely done with this company. I have never felt so taken advantage of. If my option is only to have a technician come out in god knows how long, then there is absolutely no way I should be paying that much for a broken machine and such shitty unprofessional corrupt service. Maybe I should have seen the 29,000 law suits against yall before investing so much. All I have gotten out of this entire experience is disappointment, a broken machine, and a learned lesson to never do business with fitnessblowout.com

good equipment Lousy customer service Wish I would have shopped around more Walmart had the same product for the same price could have picked up at my local Walmart and returned it for a full 100% refund after it was medically not working out for my wife fitness blowout wanted to deduct $30 more than their stated cost of shipping which they said was actual cost. After a few emails the communication stopped, never heard from them again. I may go to Walmart and tell what happened and they just might give a better refund than the culprits I ordered from.

I just bought a treadmill and if the service and product are as good as the gym I bought 3 years ago, I will be very happy. Salesman was very helpful.

I ordered a FreeMotion Treadmill on 3/27 and they were quick to invoice and charge my credit card. I called several times to get an update...and each time I was told it would take up to 21 days. I received this email from my sales rep yesterday:

I’m excited to update you with some VERY good news regarding your order! Please see the email below that was just sent to us from the vendor of the equipment you ordered. Anticipating your delight in the free machine upgrade the vendor is now providing, we have processed your order for expedited shipping. Please confirm you have received this email, and if you have any further questions or concerns. We look forward to hearing from you at your earliest opportunity, and thank you for your time and patience.

I called to explain that I do not want a 2 -in- 1 Ellipti -Stride and I only wanted what I ordered. I was told that is what they were sending me because the machine I ordered did not pass inspection...REALLY??? I told the rude customer represenative to cancel my order and he proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay for a restocking fee. Seriously, pay for a restocking fee on an item that I have not and will not receive? I emailed to cancel my order and called AMEX right away to dispute this charge because I do not want to deal with this crooked company anymore. AMEX rep could not believe the story when I told her about it. She told me I needed to report them to the Attorney General's office. I should have read the reviews before I decided to order from them. How on earth is this company still in business and no one has shut them down? I will report them to the BBB!!
