5 stars to Liam the Fitkit engineer
I am giving a 5 star review to Liam the Fitkit engineer. I had problems with the second hand bike I bought. At first Fitkit refused to accept responsibility and wanted me to pay for the engineer to come. After I insisted on my rights Fitkit sent an engineer at no charge to me. He had to come twice as a new console and new handlebars were needed. Liam was kind, professional and competent. Really terric service. He fixed the bike and I'm now very happy with.

Perfect experience from start to finish. The install team were excellent - punctual, professional, and clearly very experienced. They worked efficiently, kept me informed throughout, and left everything spotless. Nothing was too much trouble.
Credit is also due to Lyndsey and Helen in the office, who organised everything and made the whole process straightforward from start to finish. The delivery driver deserves a mention too - helpful, polite, and careful with the equipment throughout.
The new equipment is exactly what we were hoping for, and the service throughout has been first class. Thanks to everyone involved.

I had an issue with my treadmill which left me requiring a visit from an engineer. As I had purchased this peice of equipment from FitKit UK I decided to use their engineer service for a home visit.
Lyndsey, who was super helpful, arranged the visit and Logan, one of the FitKit engineers came out to fit a new part. Logan was extremely polite and efficient with the whole FitKit experience being very positive.

Excellent Service and Really Helpful Team
Really happy with the service we received from FitKit UK. They were extremely helpful and accommodating, particularly when we needed to delay our delivery until we had enough space on site to receive the equipment.
When the delivery eventually arrived, the driver was fantastic and went above and beyond to help us get all the equipment safely loaded onto our site.
The equipment arrived in good condition and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. We really appreciated how helpful and flexible the team were throughout.
Would definitely recommend FitKit UK and will happily use them again in the future.

Reliable, responsive and highly recommended
I have been using FitKit UK for several years after purchasing three pieces of ex-commercial gym equipment from them in 2020, and their service has consistently been excellent.
Most recently, I arranged for servicing and maintenance, and the engineer who visited was professional, courteous, and highly efficient. He provided an accurate arrival time, carried out the work diligently, ensured everything was working exactly as it should, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.
The team at FitKit UK are always easy to deal with, incredibly responsive, and provide a high standard of customer service. It is reassuring to know that support is just as good years after the initial purchase as it was at the point of sale.

Very pleased with sales help, delivery, and pricing
Ordered a cross trainer, Concept2 rower and a treadmill. All three were delivered when agreed by a really helpful group of three guys. Very pleased with the quality of the machinery. I bought previously used machines, really pleased at how good quality they all are, far better than the existing new bought machines I had already. I'm very happy.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. The treadmill was delivered very quickly and exactly on time. The company contacted me the day before delivery and then again 30 minutes before arrival, which was very helpful. The delivery team carefully carried everything inside, assembled the treadmill quickly and professionally, and removed all the packaging and waste afterward. Highly recommended!
